thank you TRP. i joined this sub when Roosh twited about its creation, TRP had like 50 to 100 suscribers. I never thought it could reach 100,000 persons.

i don t comment a lot, but i m still lurking! respect to the mods and the contributors.

I learned about TRP from another website entirely. I was over on Fark and I made some comment about how if women were truly attracted to decent, kind, gentle, respectful men, then it would stand to reason you would see the hottest women with men like that. Since you don't obviously there is an inconsistency between what women say they're attracted to, and what they're actually attracted to.

Then someone said I sounded "like one of those Red Pill assholes over on Reddit", so here I am.

Membership grows every time asks "what is the worst sub?" in any other sub.

We are always listed alongside rape, animal abuse, torture subs. People ask about us and someone says we are a bunch of basement dwelling monsters who actively condone domestic abuse and rape.

Then people check us out and we end up getting new members.

Some subs have begun deleting any reference to TRP. Kinda sad.

I may not agree with everything in here all of the time but we are no where near how other subs always describe us.

The amount of folks regularly lurking on this sub is likely much higher than the number of subscribers.

I'm proud of this sub and the mods. On my other account, I joined when there were <1,000 members. Back then, TRP was intellectual and awesome.

It's a shame to see it slide, as more proles think that they have something worthy of saying. I guess that's inevitable though.

If you are <22 years old or new to this sub, you should probably shut your fucking face, read, and go to /r/asktrp.

Anyway, onward and upward....

Yeah i discovered TRP on that June date when there was an askreddit thread about the worst subs on Reddit. At that time I had made a commitment to improve myself since I had graduated college 1 month before. I checked this sub out mostly because I wanted another r/imgoingtohellforthis or r/wtf and everything I read made sense. What makes this sub different is that even thought i has rules, those rules aren't aren't meant to limit the viewer to one ideology like the extreme SRS. I would dare say that controversial comments are encouraged here because they just might provide some knowledge and if it doesn't, that comment becomes a learning point for us newer guys because it gets corrected by the veterans. Here you can expect logic to actually have some effect. Thanks to you guys I'm becoming a better man. I'm not where I want to be but I'll get there.

mmm hmmm. Funny thing is, the rest of the red pill has been around almost a decade more on the rest of the Internet. I bet the oldest reference to the red pill on zerohedge pre-dates 2008 at the very least.
