I’m 6’ 154lbs 9% bf. Looking to go monk mode and hit the gym 3-5 times a week for the next 3 months. I’m at a caloric deficit which is why I don’t weigh much.

I need to train my body to want more food and start eating a lot more. I think for this to be done, I’ll need great amounts of discipline, consistency, self-control, and at least 3 months to improve greatly. I’d also need to cut social activities to a bare minimum. This idea seems daunting and very lonely.

I’ve been alone many times and I’m pretty comfortable by myself, but never done it for 3 months straight. My weeks would like this - work, gym, sleep, errands, reading/studying in free time.

Have you ever done this? What was the experience/process like?
