I'm talking about seeing hookers at least once a week, drinking alcohol in the weekends (don't drink in the week), eating unhealthy during the weekends.
Monday-Thursday I'm fine, but as soon as the weekend hits I find myself visiting prostitutes, drinking alcohol and eating unhealthy. Drinking alcohol and eating unhealthy is bad for my gym progress and visiting hookers is just a waste of money and it fucked up my brain. I don't like normal girls anymore, I barely put in effort and have zero plates at the moment.
I set goals for myself, short term goals, long term goals, but I always feel like I'm slacking off during the weekends and it's fucking up my progress. I've tried quitting hookers but I'm addicted.
Anyone advice or stories on successfully quitting bad habits?
