We see those pop up once a few times every day. Enters a guy, with nothing to live nor stand for, who after stumbling upon TRP, sees a glimmer of hope appear at the top left corner of his endless array of darkness. For the first time in their lives, they acknowledge this opportunity. This chance that, with no fear of judgment of others guessing who he is, he can get this massive rant of himself off his chest to a community that seems to be able to empathize with him.

He presents himself, inserts the glory days of high school before asking TRP how to get himself out of his shithole.

And lo and behold! He gets presented with some solutions.

Only, those solutions don’t apply to him.

“I’m a special faggot with unique circumstances. You guys can’t possibly understand what I’m going through, or what my problems are. Lift? Come on. I’m a fat piece of fuck with 8 different fuckable cavities. Or a skeleton. Everyone’s gonna bend me over. Read? Fuck off. I’m contemplating suicide, I deserve more human attention. Get out of the house? I don’t know anyone. And besides, fuck people. Fuck society. And you know what? Fuck you all too.”

He rationalizes every single suggestion away, believing he’s some special kind of snowflake, before taking his cock out and starting to furiously jerk to pictures of his high school crush. That glimmer of light seemed nice in theory, but he decided to look the other way.

Sigh.

Let’s establish one fact. You’re not special. Not your ethnicity, not your height, not even your experiences. You don’t deserve special treatment, regardless of your circumstances. More importantly, you don’t deserve our sympathy nor our respect.

And no, this ain’t personal. No one knows you here. All we know is that you’ve been a lazy fuck delaying your problems to the point where, for a split moment, even your own indifferent mind couldn’t handle it anymore. You’ve been living your life with the wrong mindset and approaching your issues from the wrong perspective. You're specifically asking because you greatly lack something within yourself.

Either admit it or get the fuck out.

We’re on the same page now? Okay, I’m going to use whatever’s left of your attention span to give you a crash course on the rationale behind our “out-of-your-paycheck” questions:

Foods & Glutes

You must keep yourself healthy. Your body is most the immediate component you have control over. While applying for a job and getting an interview might still end in you getting your application rejected, every single food you eat and every single rep you do at the gym has a direct contribution to your health. The difference is there, whether you notice it or not. And it compounds. In your current shithole where you don’t have any control of your life besides your orgasms, you’ll feel a significant bliss of seeing for yourself that you CAN have control over more than just the menial things in your life. If you don’t see any results after a 3-month period of doing this consistently, then you can personally come tell me that I spewed bullshit. See you never.

The Books

The world can be categorized through two perspectives: a place of meaning and a place of things. Mindless religious bigots will see the world through the 1st lens while scientists who publish endless studies must present them through the 2nd lens. Optimally, a wise person will correctly assess the things within his environment to derive meaning, and to act accordingly.

Your life has no meaning, and on top of that, you don’t understand shit. But the more your read, the more you will understand what is. Asktrp increasingly harbors a cesspool of faggots who don’t understand or can’t accept what factually is. That’s because they don’t read. For starters, here’s a neat list of books I highly recommend: TRM – by Tomassi, TSAONGAF – by Manson, NMMNG – by Glover, and EIF – by Manson. Dishing out $50 is certainly worth the knowledge these books can bring.

Oh and sidebar.

GTFO

Get a job flipping burgers. Attend a conference on veganism. Whatever it may be, just get out of your home. There’s an unspoken effect of “coupling” things that lead to undesired outcomes.

What this means is: circumstances and desire are a delinquent duo. In this case, I’m talking about staying home and wanting to jack off. If you’re in front of your computer, and suddenly have an impulse to jerk off for the 5th time today, you’ll be able to access porn and fuck your hand in a matter of milliseconds. This same concept applies to consumers who walk into a shop and “impulsively” buy shit. Or that guy who shoots another on whim during an argument because he had a gun in his back pocket. Or even bitches who go to the club and “let shit happen”.

By removing the circumstance, aka getting out of the house, you remove one of the two main factors leading to plausibly deniable actions.

“Victims” of plausible deniability are simply little bitches who can’t take responsibility.

So, are you going to stay the little bitch you are while thinking you’re entitled to billionaires’ tax money, believing it will solve anything? Or do you want the Title’s labels wiped off of you through a display of your own strength?

I’d also recommend getting a blood test. I have a job, work out, and hobbies, but I started feeling like shit about 2 years ago, everything took monumental effort. Libido was in the dumps, found out I’ve got hypothyroidism and extremely low t at 186 total. Seeing an endocrinologist ASAP

[–]Lurchknochen36 points37 points  (4 children) | Copy

Thank you for the reminder. I was thinking about getting my T tested for a long time. It is something a man could and should consider facing these unspecific symptoms.

[–]Ass-a-holic19 points20 points  (3 children) | Copy

Yeah, honestly I should’ve done it at least a year ago but ego and pride stopped me. I kept pushing myself and telling myself to not be such a pussy, only got it tested because it was my New Years Resolution.

[–]steve2000924 points25 points  (2 children) | Copy

This. Healthy testosterone levels are not just critical for a positive TRP mindset, but (especially for us men) are absolutely essential to strong bones, muscle growth, energy, and statistically speaking longer, happier lives. I'm convinced that older men who are on T replacement therapy prescriptions from their doctors are basically on a very mild dose of roids (Test is an anabolic steroid). I'd put anything on it that older hollywood movie stars (Arnold, Stalone, Dolph, etc.) are on some type of T-based meds. These dudes still look great well into their 60's and along with good diet and exercise they're curbing aging more than most men of the same age. I'm not at all condoning stacking or doing cycles, but simply making sure your levels are at least normal, if not normal-high is crucial.

[–]revente9 points10 points  (1 child) | Copy

Yeah it's not a secret most of ripped movie stars are on steroids.

[–]fast-X7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

Stalone is actually banned from like three countries for bringing steroids (or HGH) with him in his luggage. Definitely not a secret.

[–]gastrocks25 points26 points  (1 child) | Copy

I am 57 and have always had low T going back to my late 20 's when it was first measured ( low fertility). I am now on supervised T injections just to bring it to normal physiologic levels. Now that I look back on my adult, married life for 23 years, so much makes sense now. I was was of low libido, kinda passive and fearful of confrontation. Liw T is not just about your appearance, but it is about how you carry yourself and interact with men and women. Modern western diet and maybe even societal indictrination may lead to low T. It is worth getting it checked.

[–]Zsaqwes72 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

What was considered low in your 20s?

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yea I’d say once a year for the last few years I get my blood checked, especially if I feel lethargic or stuff like that. Always stay on top of ur vitamins and nutrients it’s easy to do for the most part.

[–]purplemashpotato5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

what do you say to the doctor to get a blood test of this kind? I live in Africa but have medical insurance, so want to get this done

[–]i-am-the-prize4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

i was hypothyroid and a T of 180 and also found supplementing both T's to be instrumental to getting my body and mind in a place where effort = results.

Do you have any recommendations for an at home self test kit?

[–]Senior Contributor: "The Court Jester"GayLubeOil119 points120 points  (8 children) | Copy

What you need to understand is the specific human type you describe in your essay enjoys receiving the tough daddy talk. Fundamentaly you are dealing with an infantilized perma child who in order to continue in his role as perma child needs you to take on the tough guy daddy role.

As soon as you say "Get your act together bucko, clean your room and wash your penis." Child-Man is going to whip out his penis and cream all over his chest in excitement. You are encouraging his fantasy by participating in it. You are not breaking the cycle only furthering it with your involvement. Just as he has a cyber porn girlfriend. He also has a cyber tough talk daddy, you.

Never give these guys what they want. Don't even bother answering their questions. Don't speak to them in a paternal tonality it only reinforces their base assumption of inferiority and childishness.

The only way out is to ask them questions in an effort to get them to come to the realization themselves. That's the only thing that works.

[–]Onein1024th8 points9 points  (5 children) | Copy

Agreed, but sometimes mixing the good in with the bad makes it palatable for these AFCs

They need to know that there are no parents anymore to take charge of their life for them.

That's why Jordan Peterson has a cult following of soyboys. He's more bluepilled than any of the vanguard here, but he serves as a gateway redpill as these man-children realize to take a little agency over their own situation.

[–]Senior Contributor: "The Court Jester"GayLubeOil27 points28 points  (4 children) | Copy

Don't mix anything good or bad. In fact don't even provide new ideas to these people. They are degenerate consoomers. Their pattern is consooming information jerking off to it and then consuming more, with no recollection of what was consumed.

Think of an obese person who shovels food in their face and instantly forgets what he ate and then eating more.

The question you have to ask yourself is this person capable of processing information or is he a soulless NPC. The path forward is helping them process information independently

[–]Ordinary-West8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

I'm with you on this one. OP has great opening message but the rest is bs and gonna be ignored by same special snowflakes that it is designed for.

They do not need others holding their hands and guiding them to the gym.

They need to fed up with their pathetic lives so much that they start looking for answers themselves instead of asking internet strangers. No matter what is being said to them they are immune to reason. Not everyone gonna make it after all. Not until one realizes how pathetic his life is and starts applying action instead of whining.

[–]Thinkingard87 points88 points  (6 children) | Copy

It's really very simple. Get fit, get a job (don't EVEN THINK about becoming an entrepreneur, you don't have the mindset for that yet), read books that deal with your psychological issues and then read financial books, get a new wardrobe/haircut/look, find a hobby.

I also just wanted to comment on getting a hobby, if nothing appeals to you, come up with a few completely random things and then go pursue that thing. Here's some examples: you choose something like skiing. You google who are the best skiers, what skiing clubs are near you, what hills, what the gear costs, how to ski videos, ski blogs, ski podcasts, read a biography of a famous olympic skier, watch movies on skiing, etc, etc, etc. You may have had no interest in skiing at all for all of your life, but guess what? You just added a hobby because you're a healthy, fit, mentally stable, financially stable male who isn't afraid to go out in the world and take what he wants.

Other examples, do similar things becoming an expert in chocolate, wine, bbq, cycling, skating, canoeing, fishing, or maybe specific things like writing short stories, broken down further into writing short horror fiction. Maybe you focus on one style of drawing and learn about indie comics that use that style, maybe you become an expert on jeans and attend shows, etc, etc.

Basically, you aren't living right if you can't come up with a few things and then maximize your free time to explore the world. Women are not the priority.

I get that sex is the goal- otherwise they wouldn't be here. It's a long way off though.

There is no magic pill which changes it all- no matter how many Marvel superheroes you hold up as a radioactive example. It takes time and effort to take hold of and develop your life to a point where you become attractive to women- and even then you are only just hovering above the slime.

This pill just makes you realise and see things differently- the work is still down to you regardless of your objectives.

[–]PatrickIIDX27 points28 points  (1 child) | Copy

  1. Make sure you get your finances in order, and BE ABLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY. You will be likely seen as a loser if you live with your parents. Be more self reliant. Pay your own bills, budget your own money, and hustle a bit if you need to make some some money. I do fine as a minimalist only making around 39k a year, but I'm pushing myself to go 50k or higher.
  2. Get your fitness and health in order. Physical and mental. See a therapist if you have some mental health issues due to some past trauma or shit, and see a male therapist as someone of the same gender can relate to you. Do something for exercise the best you can. I got my lazy ass and did 20 pushups and I'm going to go for 30. Go running. That will release endorphins and build endurance, and don't forget the gym.
  3. Go practice conversation with people, especially if you've been a shut in and don't know how to talk to people. There's meetup groups, lines in the grocery store, and many other events and places that involve talking to strangers. You're talking to practice conversation and who knows, you might just make a few friends. Don't be afraid to ask someone for their contact information if you are confident the conversation got well.
  4. Find a hobby. You got to balance working hard with something you enjoy. Find some social hobbies as well. That goes with #3 as you're interacting with people.

Work hard on these things and eventually you will be above the lower 50% of men in the success category. Maybe you'll end up in the top 10% category if you're really putting effort into this.

  1. Get a prostitute, legally. Gotta break that seal.
  2. Go fuck off at the gym until you actually start lifting.
  3. Find a ugly ass chick and try to fuck her.
  4. Repeat 3 until you do.

That should be a good start.

[–]shark30k23 points24 points  (4 children) | Copy

I've started of with ugly chicks but if you don't find her beautiful then she's not worth the time. Also set up a rule that if you are seen with her in public you won't be embarrassed then only fuck her.

Yea we’re talking about an extreme case, I lost my virginity at 14. And was freaking out about not hitting double digits. When I was 18. I thought every guy had sex with 10 girls by 18. I’m an idiot I didn’t know the average guy has sex with 8 women his whole life. After I learned that I found a deep inner peace and realized it’s just my 1 million year old wiring fucking with me trying to spread seed but knowing I’ve fucked more then the average guy does is whole life already has given me a deep calm of mind and I’m not as worried about sex but surprisingly can get it easier then ever. 2 years of Redpill in lol

[–]TuckmyFruck69-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy

Really 8? Thats crazy i beat that when i was like 18 or 19. I got tired of screwing randoms around 24. I had a ONS with a girl once and she asked me how many people ive had sex with and my answer was "you mean, like, my entire life?" I have no idea its got to be like 20 or 30.

Go to the gym. Seriously..

WHY?

  • you’ll build more test which will lead to a more confident calm man. test was associated with aggression before back in the day however research has found that normal levels of test in men equate to a more calm, cool and collected person.

  • you meet people, these people in turn may become your friends where you might go to the bars or go got to eat

  • You will produce more dopamine and feel more happy and more productive as you set the goal of going to the gym and actually scenic through essentially you are building accountability within yourself which gives a turnover of high dopamine high serotonin.

[–]DemFineKnees3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy

Test IS associated with both aggression and calmness, one doesn't invalidate the other. Low test compared to what your body naturally needs is what leads to irritation/frustration/lows and suicidal thoughts. Testosterone makes men calmer because it's their main hormone. It also makes them more prone to aggression.

Also, working out increases testosterone acutely for a couple hours at best, not enough to make a difference. The only things that could make a difference are the lack of sleep and being overweight as both severely lower testosterone secretion. Sleeping 8 hours at least + having 10-12% bf should be enough to get to your maximum testosterone potential.

[–]Wave941 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

The aggression back then was likely due to the normalisation of steroids before all the negatives came to light.

What kind of life improvements do you expect guys like this (guys like me to a degree) to get from lifting? It seems to be advertised in every other post as something that will significantly change your appearance and the way women will perceive you at first contact

I haven't really found this to be the case. Initially I expected some major changes in how women perceive me at first sight. Even after I toned down my expectations it seemed to make virtually zero difference when I was benching the bar and now that I'm benching 3 plates/squatting 5. I don't really expect women to approach me or fall into my lap but I thought something would change at least subtly.

Only difference was other guys talking to me about PRs. Sometimes when I read posts on here a lot of guys boast of how their ability to attract women increased massively with 6 to 12 months lifting which is quite puzzling to me as my SMV seems to be exactly the same as it was when I was 135lbs.

Quite curious to hear about other experiences regarding lifting and women.

[–]Lion_Of_Mara6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

I'd say that, lifting is not intended to make you attractive at the first instance. Lifting is supposed to build your power, you need to be a master of yourself before you can be a master of this females. Secondly, lifting is supposed to remove that loser mentality from your head.

[–]Ordinary-West4 points5 points  (2 children) | Copy

How many words you say to women everyday and how many times you physically escalate breaking touch barrier? This is your answer. You take one thing and ignore on 99 percent of other important stuff and then complain to us. we

It's not about women looking at you differently but about YOU looking at women differently. Put them down from pedestal jesus christ stop pretending to be helpless. You must already realize that women are just girls who can do no harm to you. So approach them with this mindset. Not a mindset how they should wanna fuck you just because you bench 3 plates.

[–]Blackpilledgymcel1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Not what I said. Thanks for the reply, though.

[–]hopeunseen1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

The way you wrote this makes me ask the question: Is this guy strong, or is this guy ripped?

Clearly you go to the gym and have some strength, but a woman doesn't care one bit how many plates you can squat - She only really gives you points if you're ripped and shredded.

While certainly a woman will give you more points for being a bigger dude than being a super skinny bean pole, most women aren't attracted to guys like this, even though they're strong as tanks.

Read your comment history - If you have a facial thing going on then it's going to require an even higher level of shred, financial and social success etc to counteract that point. It's by no means hopeless, but you're going to have to work harder than other guys.

Is this fair? No, it sucks. But you can only play the hand you're dealt.

Anyways back to the point - There is a massive difference in the attention a guy who is shredded gets versus the avrg guy. But the other reasons to go the gym are for discipline, self mastery and physical health (elevate t levels, seratonin etc)

Also in my experience, I gained 25lbs and saw almost zero change with attention from women. But that's because if I actually compare the before/after photos, 25lbs makes a remarkably small difference for an average height skinny guy like me. (I'm 5'7 and started at 130lbs) - So in reality, I probably need at least another 20lbs before I get to shred status. So your lack of results might just be premature - The journey from zero to shredded can take 1.5-2yrs of hard work and great diet.

Just my 2 cents.

[–]DemFineKnees0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don't think lifting is a significant factor in getting women. Crushing majority of dudes don't look exceptional because they're lifting. That's why face is so damn important overall. It's definitely good though to have low (10-12%) bf with plenty of lean mass but it's not a requirement.

I think most dudes on here who claim women around them had issues containing their orgasms are running through a potent placebo effect. Inflated ego and confidence means you are more likely to approach women and eventually get laid... Which increases confidence further more and allows you to get laid a tad more frequently, etc.

What I'm trying to say is that you need to approach and talk to women, not expect them to show overt interest in you cuz it ain't gonna happen unless you're ridiculously good-looking.

edit: just noticed your username and your other comment about being an incel... To expand: you have a negative perception of yourself despite working out and "looking good". Most dudes who workout here just have a good perception of themselves and thus aren't afraid to talk to girls.

Drop the negativity (I know, easier said than done) and try to talk to as many people as you can even with your facial deformity. As you get used to it, interactions will become less labored, you'll be more level-headed and will be eventually able to get some. Check meetups and shit like that.

As an recovering ex-loser on the path of reaching my full potential, I'll add morning meditation to this post.

It helped me massively in understanding and re-wiring my fried-up ego.

I just got rejected by the hot waitress my friends obsess with, and guess what, I don't care.

I'm just glad I'm finally taking control of my life after 22 years of living in the shadows.

Don't get me wrong, I lost my virginity at 17 and had sex with about 10 different women before swallowing the pill.

What excites me the most is that I finally have the power to go out in the world and find out who the real ME is.

You are comparing yourself to a 25 yo virgin addicted to porn. Come on.

[–]Mandarinadealer1 point2 points  (4 children) | Copy

That's a fair point, the problem is it isn't good.

You seem to be on the wrong path, in my understanding TRP isn't about doing every little petty thing just to get sex even it be from a low-life ragged-up rusty slut just so you can feed your defensive little traumatised ego you inflated to cope.

You are a MAN, you choose what women you sleep with.

I was addicted to porn from the age of 12 right up until I, thank god, swallowed the pill, if I had not, in three years I would end up same like the guy you mentioned.

[–]DemFineKnees3 points4 points  (3 children) | Copy

Be real for a second.

The majority of people who come to this place are dudes struggling to get women.

They're dudes who didn't get a lay since their gf in highschool or flat out got no lay. This often means they had little social interactions with women and thus can't talk for shit, only played video games as a hobby, etc.. I mean, look at field reports. It's mainly guys who lost their virginity or had their first cold approach ever.

TRP isn't about doing every little petty thing just to get sex even it be from a low-life ragged-up rusty slut just so you can feed your defensive little traumatised ego you inflated to cope.

It literally is, people (like yourself) just ADORE to paint in a different light so it appears less "desperate for sex". The Rational Male which is the actual Bible for TRP is literally about understanding women. A significant chunk of the link in the sidebar are about dating.

Just don't compare your situation with the situation of a porn addict virgin is all I'm saying.

[–]Mandarinadealer0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Dude, I was one phone call away from spending few weeks in the psych ward, I know what I'm talking about.

Stop self-validating and take control of your life.

Stop talking like you know what you are talking about, nobody ever accomplished anything significant with just talking, you need to take action first.

Edit: I also want to ask you do you truly and deeply believe in what you just said, or were you insecure writing that bullshit correcting everything countless times until it felt right?

[–]DemFineKnees1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Lol. Check the subreddit you're posting on or askTRP and you'll get confirmation that every thing I said is true.

it may be quitting eating foods that you enjoy or inflicting pain upon yourself or putting yourself through suffering until you start seeing the world in colours again i go by the rule that for every amount of Enjoyment you have there must be an equal amount of suffering to reach homeostasis and vice versa this is why some religions practice self mutilation in my opinion, so the normal boring everyday life would seem like a a visit to an amusement-park you may look crazy but this is very effective

In this case, I’m talking about staying home and wanting to jack off. If you’re in front of your computer, and suddenly have an impulse to jerk off for the 5th time today, you’ll be able to access porn and fuck your hand in a matter of milliseconds.

I overall like this idea but it's really inefficient long-term. Porn as an addiction is tricky to combat because it usually only takes a house + internet connection. It's super fucking easy to indulge in and you can't realistically expect to escape an urge to jack off just by exiting your house every time because that urge will pop off again later.

Porn addicts need to find a routine that can effectively replace jacking off: quick and easy to indulge in with a reward. If you jack off 5+ times a day, working out ain't gonna cut it because it is too much of an effort compared to porn. You can jack off multiple times a day but the highest frequency for workouts would be once a day, 6 days a week if you're doing PPL.

Addictions are routines topped off by a chemical reward. The chemical reward in this case is generated by your own body (dopamine) so you can't get rid of that. The cue to trigger the routine is most likely being home on an empty mind. Best alternative imo would be to find a quick activity with a feel good sensation at the end of it.

About "What to read":

Honestly, I would say the best answer is "The Classics." Read old stuff. Read REALLY old stuff. I would say "Old Stuff" = Everything Good, Interesting and/or cool released somewhere before the period between Lord of the Rings and 1900. On everything. From sci-fi to philosophy to religion and history. LOTR is probably the perfect cut-off, or maybe the 1950s.

Go read Plato. Go read Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea. Then read The Illiad. Then The Bible. Then A Critique of Pure Reason. Then War of the Worlds. Then something exotic like Lao Tse. Then some Machado de Assis.

And yes, read even authors such as Marx, maybe even Marcuse or Gramsci. And Hitler. Yes, those are the Enemy. And yes, you need to know what these people want, think and desire.

In short, you want to read books before the massive degeneracy of the modern era. Not that there aren't good modern books, but you they are increasingly poz-infected the closer you get to the modern day. Might wanna stay clear of them until you are ready.

"But bro, why the fiction is there? Ins't fiction useless? Should't we only focus on serious real-world books about serious real-world stuff?"

No. First, fiction is fun. You want fun, fun is good. This is especially important if you are not used to reading or like reading. I always loved books so I can't even imagine the concept of reading = not fun (well, unless its bad shit or total boring crap), but not everyone is like me. You want to like reading. Reading is good, reading is fun. It has knowledge, it has fun, imagination, learning of language, etc.

Furthermore, good fiction is not just fun. Authors impart values and ideas in their work. Good fiction is not just pure fun, but also shows views and ideas that are examined in the fiction itself. Fiction also often reflects its time, which is an interesting way to understand a distant time and that in itself is just plain fun. Also, good fiction is timeless - we moderns can enjoy Homer as much as some classical greeks did, even if we have a different perspective and mentality than theirs.

Fundamentally tho, do what you want, read what you want. You are a man, a man does two things: What he wants and What he has to do. You are a man, not a woman. You are not a slave to expectations, to what other people expect. You do you.

How can I let go of regret for all the things I have missed out on for being an almost 30 year old virgin?

Even if I suddenly become Chad the only women I will have access to being 30 years old are past prime, used up, 30 something dog moms. I missed out on dating/sex in my teens and 20s and am plagued by regret. I will never be able to experience love and attraction from prime women and this is what hurts me the most. It's crippling

Social anxiety, shyness, fragile ego, insecurity about looks. The basic stuff pretty much.

Also lack of masculine role model in my life. My father never talked to me about girls and he never pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and play sports/take up masculine hobbies. I feel I never really developed as a man

It is actually possible to not understand what "get out of the house" means, especially if you're young. I was there, a long time ago. I don't know why I was there. I remember the first time I went for a walk when my parents were out. I could go to the school, and go to the shops if my parents sent me, but leaving the house by myself? For no good reason? If I did that when they were home I would've been facing an interrogation.

Getting to be more independent was a slow and painful proc and I wish I'd been kicked out of home when I was 18, even though it would've been a financiall stupid thing to do (high rent).

The sad part is I was probably 18 or 19 and attending university at the time.

Could you tell me where would I one go and what would one do by going solo with no plan or destination?

The concept of going into a bar, getting a drink by myself and sitting there seems just incomprehensible and autistic, but then again so does sitting home all day and jerking off.

Go for a walk and enjoy nature.

Buy a fishing rod and start fishing.

Ride your bicycle.

Go to a café, buy a coffee and read a book.

Or hang out at the library and read books for free.

Best of all: Join a hobby in some way.

Short story, meetup.com is decent if you have no clue what's out there. Long story, post in asktrp.

Yes, this is no place for minds that are so broken by deciding the laws of the universe do not apply to them, that they are special victims who the world owes them something. That’s the victimhood hysteria of incomplete minds get reinforced by the radical left narratives to make them mass to maneuver. None can be rescued from that cult. All are completely lost cases. Unless... unless they rescue themselves out of it.

its nor TRP until someone claims "no one owes you anything" and the subsequently proceeds to blame his problems on "the left".
This community is a walking contradiction of "Earn it" and "blame everyone you don't like"

You speak the truth. It's a hard truth. Many are not ready to hear it. To be fair there are occasional stressors that can take down the best of us. Things like serious health issues, cancer, heart disease, crippling injuries. Those men may not be able to pursue some goals but can at least pursue some. Getting out of the house and investing in bettering yourself are essential. Having goals is a crucial ingredient.

Basically, this:

  1. Quit videogames and masturbating.
  2. Join a gym. Go 5 days a week, start serious working out. Watch videos on youtube and do the sessions, no skip.
  3. Start carnivore diet, quit carbs.
  4. In 6 months you will be another person.

A good point here also will be starting out biking, do some outside world™ activities, you will find out with proper gym and better clothing you will get more and more friends. girls will come later, once you got some decent 1 year gym. After that you will get tired of fucking women.
