Disclaimer:

Before anyone points me to the sidebar, this post is an attempt to define the Red Pill, not in a sentence but as a whole. Since it is an attempt, all forms of criticism are welcomed. I will add to this post if I find anything in the comment useful. This will be a series of posts that are designated for the other keywords in the glossary.

I will use The Red Pill to represent my own knowledge of it, you are free to claim whatever it is and I am not going to argue over it. I do not represent the whole community nor do I represent anyone but myself. I am not introducing anything new but just a collective of knowledge that I attain from reading everyone’s work and my own thinking.

Definition:

The Red Pill is the philosophy of inter-sexual dynamic that helps people stay rational on how things work between men and women by exploring the innate nature of both sexes.

The 10 Things that Red Pill is not.

1.The Red Pill is not a solution to everything

Taking the pill is not a one size fits all solution to all the things that make you unhappy. You will not be happier than before you take the pill if you don't take sensible action to accommodate what you learn. Moreso if you are basing your actions on a set of rules, you're going to end up in a deeper shithole. For instance, taking abundance mindset to the extreme, will only result in losing self value, when you direct your source of validation outwards. The Red Pill will not give you solutions to your problems, only you can solve your problem.

  1. The Red Pill is not misogynistic

Things are how they are supposed to be. The Red Pill does not define female nature or make a wild guess in attempt to understand or manipulate them. The Red Pill simply points out the innate natural behavior of humans, which might not always be the ideal everyone wants it to be, i.e. human possess both masculinity and feminine features, instead the honest and inevitable truth. The Red Pill is not trying to expose some nasty secrets or introduce any new rules, neither does the Red Pill try to change anything nor try to balance the scale. Nothing is created equal and everything exists for a reason to which of their own.

3.The Red Pill is not nihilism

To a certain degree, it makes things clearer, hence providing the tools for higher chance to attain the goal one is looking for through taking The Red Pill. The Red Pill advocates to live life to its fullest by navigating the field with a Red Minesweeper and the mindset to win. (If you are not doing otherwise, please look for a professional therapist, seriously.)

4.The Red Pill is not a privilege.

Taking the Red Pill does not mean one is better than those who took the Blue Pill, Purple Pill, Black Pill or even those who choose to go their own way, it all comes down to personal preferences and choices. Stop comparing and pinning down other people. In fact, at times, people switch back and forth until they find what is the most suitable path for them, what works for you might not work for the other. There is nothing wrong in either path, though the outcome will be different but you will be the one making the choice.

5.The Red Pill is not for getting laid.

While getting laid is one of the few things that you can facilitate, it is not the ultimatum. Man thinks sex before food because that is the only way to ensure survival by passing on the generation. The Red Pill is not trying to rationalize fucking tons of women for fun but pointing out the innate nature of human needs and desires and not hide behind the mask. By doing so, one can increase their chance to get laid immensely as long as they are exhibiting what they want in a correct way. Number of plates or sex you had is not the parameter to gauge how successful you are as a red piller, even as a human in general.

6.The Red Pill is not a set of principles.

The famous Iron Rules from Rollo while beneficial, should not be used as guidelines or principles of your life. Everyone is different, every situation is unique, no one can tell you how to live your life. However, open up your mind, read and understand the underlying reasons for each principle and rules, apply some as placeholder in life, i.e. you don’t know why people keep taking you for granted, then try holding frame, see if it works, finally improvise. Learn, apply, think, develop, not following blindly and complain when some principles/rules/lessons fail.

7.The Red Pill is not a shortcut to success.

If you are a failure in life, you are bound to be a failure unless you do something about it, taking the pill will only make you more miserable. Pick yourself up, get into a position when you can fight back at whatever the world throws at you. If you are lost, better to just find some real people, a family, a friend or a therapist to help rather than lurking the sub. Understanding how stuff works does not make you more successful than your fellow homeless man but it is a good start, always remember to reach for real help whenever necessary, stop wasting time asking how.

8.The Red Pill is not a book.

It is not something that you can read and suddenly be enlightened, nor can you pass a book to someone and hoping that you will be the savior that pulls him out of what hell you think he is in. The Red Pill is not a skill you can learn from reading or can pass it to someone, it serves no less than to increase awareness.

9.The Red Pill is not about anyone.

Yes, all due to respect to the “Godfather” of Red Pill and the pioneers but The Red Pill is not about them. They do not represent the Red Pill. Listen to their podcasts, watch their videos, read their articles but never try to rationalize what they said and consider it a factor in your decision making process. Always, always, always try your best to understand the context, not just the content.

10.The Red Pill is not needed.

That is the ideal of The Red Pill, to eliminate the need of Red Pill. Contradicting but that is the ultimatum of what the Red Pill is, it should not even need to exist in the first place. But because of the external factors, it changes how we navigate the world thus redefining the new order, where things that are supposed to happen, did not. However, trying to change how the world works is futile and it somewhat meaningless, because we should not be going backwards. To level the playing field, the Red Pill aims to provide the knowledge so that men are aware of this new order. It is all on the man himself to decide what he is going to do with his life. Hopefully, one day, The Red Pill will no longer be needed.
