6'0 337lbs married 7 years together 10 years Bench 275 3 set of 8 Squat 405 3 set of 8 Deadlift 315 3 sets of 8 working on form before i get to more weight. Working out 4 days a week hitting both muscle groups 2 times a week. Reading WISNIFG, have read rational male,nmmng,wotsm,msslp read all of these before getting here.

First post been watching for about a month, made a reddit account about two weeks ago.

Woke up this morning to go to work and the kids starts crying, im already awake so i go to take care of him. I move him to the bed with my wife since he had a nightmare and wouldnt let me go but i needed to get my stuff ready for work. I go out into the kitchen and i hear the door open up and my wife saying i need you to get me a diaper his shorts are wet. Realizing i forgot to change his diaper i go and get it. But i figured stfu would be better since it was my mistake and i need to own that.

I have alot to work on i realize i have problem with oneitis, valdiation from sex, and working on my mission. I am thinking if i start posting then i can start owning my shit.

If I were you I'd run a substantial caloric deficit and just try to maintain as much existing muscle mass as I could. Cut, cut, cut, bulk, cut, cut, bulk...until you're not a fatty

The only mistake here is being 300+ lbs. If you’re doing it for your lifts, you won’t care about your lifts when you find out your wife is fucking Chad (at 180lbs 10% bf), and you drop dead of a heart attack at 45 and never see your kids again because you were the male version of Tess Holiday. Your lifts don’t mean shit. You need to lose weight because you are drastically decreasing your life expectancy, and your potential as a man, on a daily basis, being this absurdly obese. Drop down below 210, and if your lifts go to shit, who cares. At least you’ll be around at 65 to see your kids and maybe even get your dick wet once or twice along the way. You’re a fat fuck (you need to hear this). That’s the only mistake here. The rest is everyday life. Get to work.

How old are you? These guys are right about losing more body fat. Keep up the lifting, sounds like you're headed down the right path. Rome wasn't built in a day. Anyway, I asked for your age because if you're under 35, you'll have an easier time losing fat and keeping up, and get to 10% to 12% body fat before you get older. Just gets harder. I know it's cliche, but eat less carbs, eat more clean protein, and more vegetables. Abs are made in the kitchen.

I dont know how your deadlift is near your bench press and how your squats is higher than your deadlift.. wtf.. your deadlift should easily be the heaviest weight you can lift.


You should focus on weight loss. Don't analyze why your wife is asking you to change a dirty diaper and start to analyze why you are eating at such a caloric imbalance;

  • Intermittent fasting, pick an 8 hour window (start/end time) and only eat within those windows every day
  • Do not drink calories. If you enjoy coffee adjust to drinking it black (it wont take long, trust me...)
  • You can attempt Keto diet for short term loss of fat
  • Every time you eat something that came from a box identify it as being worse for your fat loss... eat it if you need, and figure out how you are going to reduce foods made in a factory. If you try this cold turkey you will fail, but start moving towards healthy foods (white potato should be added to your 'worse' list until your down to healthy body fat levels)
