Why is Mother Hen hesitant?

Is it your "very spotty career history?" Then you need to have a story that reassures her ("I had a sick relative to care for so I worked on and off, but she has since passed.")
Is it because the last alpha 30-something fucked all the girls who then created drama? Tell her you have a boyfriend.
She's worried that because you're older you're too expensive? Tell her you're willing to work for entry-level pay for 4 months until you prove yourself.

In this blue pilled corporate world you have to manipulate others.

By manipulate I mean sometimes turning on the Alpha and sometimes turning on the Beta.

An environment where it's all women you need to unfortunately fake a beta personality. Because 1) you don't want to catch some fucking suit. 2) the work environment tolerates betas 3) never shit where you work(act beta)

However if you start your own business, you are free to be Alpha as fuck. It's all up to your decisions, and how they will affect your career choice down the road.
