Do you lift?

Do you habitually watch porn?

Do you play hours of vidya games each day?

Do you stay up late or otherwise not get 8 hours of sleep?

What are you doing when you aren't being productive?

Rest is fine. Laziness is a worship problem (serving self rather than God) and a downward spiral. I would write more but consider these verses from the Bible as a starter:
Proverbs 13:4 The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied.

Proverbs 10:4-5 A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich. He who gathers in summer is a prudent son, but he who sleeps in harvest is a son who brings shame.

Proberbs 18:9 Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys.

Proverbs 21:25 The desire of the sluggard kills him, for his hands refuse to labor.

Proverbs 24:30-34 I passed by the field of a sluggard, by the vineyard of a man lacking sense, and behold, it was all overgrown with thorns; the ground was covered with nettles, and its stone wall was broken down. Then I saw and considered it; I looked and received instruction. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest, and poverty will come upon you like a robber, and want like an armed man.

James 1:22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.

Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.

2 Thessalonians 3:10 For even when we were with you, we would give you this command: If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat.

Epheisans 2:10 For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

I break laziness by remembering that Jesus gave everything for me and has redeemed me to reflect his glory and worship him in all of life, doing the good works he's prepared in advance for me to do. If I am lazy and die then I waste the life he bought for me at a great price, I'm a bad witness to all around me and I will suffer from being lazy. Setting some good goals and habits helps to break it (daily time with God, lifting, eating and sleeping right).

You just do it dude haha. There’s no other way :) you have to make that calculated decision, to be disciplined moving forward. I’m sure you know what you ought to do, but you have to make the choice daily to be disciplined. And when you fail, don’t beat yourself over the head and give up, just get back up and go at it again. Hope this helps!
