Like many of you, I can't access a gym or have a home gym.
I have a pullup bar and some old dumbbell plates (they don't go past 5kg plates).
So what I did was start doing pullups but putting 10kg in a backpack while doing them. Idk how effective they are, I do 8 reps of 4 sets but I feel badass when doing weighted pullups.
I also do pushups with this backpack, and do horizontal rows under my trampoline with the backpack on the front of my body.
Basically I feel as good as I do when I lift when doing weighted bodyweight exercises (pullups, pushups, rows, dips, etc).
Has anyone else felt the same way? I'm surprised I rather quickly adjusted to bodyweight exercises.
