This question though, I feel is slightly disingenuous. Despite generally agreeing with the premise that there isn't anything wrong with women having casual sex. That said, whether you are a man or a woman, there are a lot of good reasons to not have sex with everyone you *can*.

If you are in a monogamous relationship with someone else, you should suppress the urge
If you don't have adequate protection- I.E. haven't taken birth control or don't have any condoms, you should suppress the urge.
If you know the person you are potentially going to hook up with is trouble or crazy, you should suppress the urge.
If you have something you should be doing instead (such as that post awhile back about a guy who almost flunked out of a class to get laid), you should suppress the urge.
If the person is a co-worker who you have to work with frequently, you should suppress the urge. (seriously, fucking co-workers has the potential to go nuclear, don't do it).
If there are severe social consequences, you should suppress the urge (don't fuck your best friend's EX or girlfriend regardless of if you are single or not unless you are okay with ending the friendship).
If there is a health risk involved, you should suppress the urge (if you know your potential partner has a contagious STD you should carefully consider that risk). Similarly, if you have a communicable STD, the morally right thing to do is inform your potential partners of that risk even if it might cause everything to fall through. In fact, knowingly spreading STDs is illegal in some places!

They are just mad it is not with them. They are not mad at the actual act but the fact it was with (hopefully) an attractive male. Many times though it is with a mediocre man. If she has a supply of SSRI antidepressants, just take a high dose for a few days. Clears the problem right up and works great! I actually do this myself to kill my drive when it's out of control.
