During quarantine and before quarantine, I’ve been failing to keep consistency. It seems to be almost random when I actually get up on time and don’t stay in bed or get school work done in a timely manner, and it’s fucking up my whole life. I was able to keep consistency with going to the gym (you know, when it was still open), but I’m not doing the same with other things that are just as or more important, and I don’t know how to continuously keep going down the right path.

It’s almost as if I only do what I need to when I’m “in the mood”, but I don’t know how to do what I need to (to the best of my ability) when I’m not in the mood. You can’t be in the mood all day every day, so how do you guys push yourself in spite of that?
