Recently I decided to start working out at home since COVID-19. I’m 17, ectomorph. I’m 5’8 and weigh 130.

I started working out last week and I’m having problems trying to figure out how much calories I should be eating Everyday to gain muscle.

My Normal intake is around 2,500 calories per a daily apparently. Last week I meal prepped, Met the Calorie Goal and I’m still hungry as fuck.

My metabolism is pretty high. When I wake up in the mornings I felt like I haven’t ate in days, even when I go to sleep.

And also I can’t even completed a full arm workout.. which is kinda sad.(not strong enough)

What are some necessary things I need to do to gain muscle correctly? And what do I need to know to make sure I’m gaining muscle?

Edit: This morning I weighed myself now I’m *135 I’m pretty sure it’ll change.
