TL;DR Woman goes to bar. Gets drunk and claims male employee followed her to bathroom and raped her. Story gets attention because she claims police asked her if she was a 'party girl'.

From the post:

"Every woman I know in my life has been a victim of violence, sexual or otherwise, at the hands of men," Pepper Ellett told us. "These crimes are so visible, and with sexual violence you're made to feel this stigma and shame and it keeps people from healing. It just perpetuates the problem. I feel compelled to say, this isn't right."

So she has victim complex from the beginning because every woman she's known has been raped.

Ellett believes she was drugged because she remembers very little of her time at Happy Ending, despite being careful not to drink too much because she had to be at her job at a Chelsea art gallery the next morning.

Translation: She had too many drinks but doesn't want to admit it.

Alarmed that something had happened to Ellett in the bathroom, Ellett's friend alerted the bar's management and security, and tried to confront the employee, who fled.

Translation: Too embarrassed to admit she's the type to have sex in a bar bathroom she cries rape.

The next morning, Ellett said she went to work, but her colleagues urged her to go to the Lenox Hill Healthplex on 7th Avenue, where a rape kit was administered.

Ellett tells us that while she was using the restroom a man entered. "I just saw this dick in my face and I heard a man tell me to suck his dick," Ellett recalls. "And then I said no and I remember feeling trapped and I remember feeling like I was being held against my will, and then I don't remember anything after that."

What actually happened

Update Link: https://archive.is/vD6PL

TL;DR The bar released a video of what happened that night. Shows Ellet dancing with the employee and being overly friendly. They go to the bathroom together and after 30 minutes, she comes out and chats with friends as if nothing is wrong. Ellet was outraged after the video was released because she claims it was 'heavily edited' and the bar was 'victim blaming her'.

From the article:

The video, uploaded to Vimeo with the title "Cameras Don't Lie," shows Pepper Ellett and two friends inside and outside the bar shortly after midnight on July 29th. It also shows her briefly dancing with a man whom the bar identifies only as "the accused." In text accompanying the video, Happy Ending argues that "the surveillance cameras show something completely different" than what Ellett has alleged.

The article is heavily biased and adds:

The video, however, does not show what occurred inside the bathroom between Ellett and the man she says raped her. Without audio, there is no way of knowing what was said between them before or after the alleged rape. And it should go without saying that dancing with someone is not a license for sexual assault, nor is occupying a bathroom with someone.

Sure she was dancing with him and goes in with him for 30 minutes and comes out smiling but he's still a filthy rapist. Except:

The video shows Ellet exits the bathroom and continues to talk, embrace and be intimate with the accused.

The video shows that Ellet stays in contact with her two friends without any signs of distress or intoxication.

This guy is really lucky this bar had cameras. If not, it would've been one deranged woman's words against his.

Remember the roofie scare?

Ohhh, date rape drugs, not good, and the fact that they only hazily remembered what happened, that fucking proved it....

Well, 98% of all women that were so convinced that they were drugged that they went to an ER acrually had a drug in their system that lowers inhibition and can lead to memory loss.

However, unless someone invented alcohol tranquilizer darts, they put it into their on bodies.

A female judge in England ended her career with the immortal words that those "rape trials" would be a whole lot easier if those sloots did not drink like fish.

She was not fired, she just retired and always wanted to say this.

[–]mugatucrazypills31 points32 points  (6 children) | Copy

there was that interesting article back about a sub culture of new yorkers women and men slipping roofies not for sex but just to screw people up for their amusement.

that and they don't tell you 75% of the city has active genital herpes in the brochure.

but hey when your false case falls apart you'll always have the roofie claim to fall back on.

[–]Lt_Muffintoes18 points19 points  (5 children) | Copy

Active herpes.

Turns out you can spread that shit even without symptoms

[–]Hammoch5 points6 points  (4 children) | Copy

You can? Everything I've heard and read about Herpes is that unless you have an outbreak you aren't contagious and can't spread it.

If this is true then it is some scary shit.

[–]Lt_Muffintoes20 points21 points  (0 children) | Copy

If infected, you can be contagious even if you have no visible sores.

it should be noted that as many as one in six herpes patients can transmit the disease even while it is in its dormant or asymptomatic phase

many women experience deep a vaginal blisters that they do not know are there, which means they could be in the middle of an active outbreak and not even know it

Scary shit indeed

[–]grewapair6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

80% of the people who have it have never had any visible symptoms.

[–]Senior Contributorcocaine_face5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

If you've had more than 5-10 partners, you almost certainly have it, and the girls you're sleeping with do too.

[–]Flash74750 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

An outbreak is a really fast way to spread it but not the only way, any transmission of fluids and you will pass it on. Genitalia (M or F) is a membrane and adsorbs easy unlike the normal skin on your body.

[–][deleted] 165 points166 points  (51 children) | Copy

I wonder what it'll take for this to dilute to the point where a rape claim means nothing. But I fear that rather it will all get to the point where you're guilty of rape by default if you have a dick.

Reading that article pissed me off, especially the quote about "A woman incapacitated through drink and drugs is incapable of giving consent." So the woman is also absolved from seeking consent from a drunken man? They act as if they are children. Getting drunk and not to be held responsible for anything they say or do while drunk (except if they sit behind the wheel of a car then they magically are completely responsible for their actions and being drunk is not an excuse.) But have sex? Nope.

[–]iwillnoteatgreeneggs9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy

Goes back to the poster that was floating around: Josie is drunk, Jose is drunk. Josie can't consent, Jose is going to jail.

[–]1ErasmusOrgasmus2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

There's a simple, albeit fucked up answer as to why this is so. In every case where some wrongdoing occurs and there is some degree of intoxication involved the system always needs someone to attach blame to. A cynic like me would go as far as to argue that society generally doesn't even care whether the person punished is actually guilty or not provided that the person who is generally perceived as most likely to be guilty is punished. It's really quite a sick attitude that whenever something bad is alleged to have occurred, even if not proven, we feel that someone must pay, hence whenever there is a high profile crime alleged to have been committed there is a sense that an injustice has occurred if no one is found guilty and punished, yet the feeling of injustice does not generally arise if someone is caught and punished despite proclaiming their innocence because people don't really care to investigate whether they really were guilty - they are simply satisfied that 'someone has paid the price for XYZ horrible thing that [allegedly] happened.'

In the typical case of drunk driving there is only really the driver who can be blamed (although western legal systems now also hold bars to account for selling alcohol to people who are obviously already smashed). It's quite straightforward because it's generally clear that the driver is the culpable party.

In cases of alleged rape who does society perceive as being most likely to be guilty? The man by default, because men are represented as violent, as criminals, as uncontrollable animals. It's why you don't hear of cases where a man is 'too drunk to consent' alleging rape against a woman. Society does not perceive women to be likely of being guilty of rape.

This is why rape claims used to mean nothing 100 years ago. Society had learnt the hard way that women constantly lie.

[–][deleted] 54 points55 points  (4 children) | Copy

At least this time we have the internet. Mattress girl, UVA, and so on. Maybe one day, the public might learn not to automatically believe everything. I'm very skeptical though. Not until people have their sons, brothers, and friends accused of rape will they think "maybe we shouldn't assume every claim is true."

rape claim

Exactly. Without evidence it is just a claim.

[–]tigerjaws24 points25 points  (3 children) | Copy

Exactly this. But you know how women believe fucking EVERYTHING. 3/5 women get raped on college campuses Wage gap. any of this feminism bullshit

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan12 points13 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Well, no reasonable person would.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points  (0 children) | Copy

That's not a fair statement. Women were raped and beaten by their husbands back then but no one cared, and they were too scared to speak up. Now the power has flipped and a woman's word holds more weight than a man's in an accusation.

[–][deleted] 33 points34 points  (22 children) | Copy

Would you recommend a westerner to visit India for say a few months. Not for sex or anything, just tourist stuff.

Or is the danger of getting into some kind of bullshit problem like this too high?

[–]-dangerous-person- 12 points12 points [recovered] | Copy

You won't have any trouble. I went with another young woman and had an amazing time. This post is to do with their culture which does not apply as a tourist. Just beware of people who will try to rip you off.

You mean there are places where this doesn't happen?

[–]i_forget_my_userids1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

You'll be fine, just don't be an asshole.

[–]throwawayburns3 points4 points  (8 children) | Copy

The only reason to visit India for a westerner, would be the Himalayas.

Google Parvati Valley, it's in north India. That is where the village of Malana is (next to Kasol, if you've heard of it).

In this village you get the best Tetra Hydro Cannabinol in perhaps the world,(You may have heard of Malana Cream) and it has a preexisting westerner population.

Now i'm not advertising THC, I'm advertising Parvati Valley (Parvati is the Hindu goddess of love and fertility / wife of Shiva). When you trek through this valley, you feel the comfort of Parvati's Bosom (THC helps too)

The rest of the country has culture, forts, palaces all designed to be 5 star resorts (and suck your money in) but you as a westerner wouldn't feel the pinch cos 1 USD is about 65 Indian Rupees (1 night in a palace hotel is about 15000 INR / 230 USD (and i mean PALACE).

A night in a regular 4 star hotel would be about 4000 INR / 60 USD.

10 grams of premo THC (cream) would cost you 2000 INR / 30 USD

10 grams of Hash oil would cost you 5000 INR / 76 USD

Keep in mind, these are whitey rates, created to suck your money but do they seem too high to you? (be honest)

Come to India for Rajasthan too.

It's basically a desert from where every culture in the world has invaded India (Akbar form "Allahu Akbar ....BOOOOM invaded from this desert)

The Forts and palaces meant to defend us over millenia are now heritage hotels, palaces and resorts and you will love the hospitality.

Don't go to south India cos a city/state is defined by the people who live there and all people living in the bottom half of the country are well.... how do i put it..... think of a redneck jew who's educated. (mumbai does not count as it's the LA of India and filled with hot looking north Indians)

The Women: Bitches here want the D (look at our population) and will bend over backwards for some white strange. To bitches here, you are alpha cos of the color of your skin plus almost all of them have low self esteem so you can game them easy.

Unfortunately your western femicuntism is spreading here like a zombie virus so dont stick your dick in crazy and if you feel the calm before the storm (raaaaaaaaape!!!) just pack your bags and leave on a jet plane (you don't even have to hurry, the cops here are so slow, they cant/wont catch you if you walk briskly)

TL;DR : The point of travelling is to witness new sights and experiences and you'll never forget India.

P.S. Dont come here to ogle at dirt poor people, it's not all we have

Seconded. There are amazing places in Northern India, but you will get harrassed the whole time, and loads of people trying to rip you off. In Southern India it was much more relaxed and people were more genuinely friendly without trying to rip you off.

[–]throwawayburns1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

You get ripped off in North India by businessmen who take advantage of the fact that you are foriegn (i got taken advantage of by my guide at Cairo, Egypt)

Solicitors are easy to handle.

The hotel wont rip you off, neither will your Vehicle Driver (he works on tips).

If you use a travel package, you'll get exactly what you paid for.

However, in south india, the people do not try to rip you off because they don't give a fuck.

They don't want you there in the first place

They won't rip you off but they won't give you a good experience either.

Goa is amazing during tourist season, i love it, that's why it's an attraction.

But try going to Goa during off season, The seasonal money hungry hosts are feeding elsewhere and you have to deal with the locals. Which is a real task especially when you're chilling and the liquor vendor is giving you attitude for no reason.

I was waiting for some butthurt poster.

No, i am not a troll.

True, there are more rapes in north india but check any statistic most alcohoic wife beaters are in tamil nadu (south India).

And if a New York City party whore wants to behave like one in New Delhi in front of uber car drivers and rickshaw pullers then her actions might have consequences.

But i digress.

I did not say that south india does not have tourist spots i stated that a city/state is defined by the people who live there, which is a reflection of their hospitality.

Do you want smiley faces catering to your every whim (since you paid for it) or an old fart telling you to get your own damn napkins.

I called them redneck because they are very narrow minded and purist (casteist)

I called them jew because they are money grubbing dicks

I called them educated because well... they are. South indians give prime importance to education which is actually a compliment but user u/whatshisname took it as an insult.

I'm sure he's educated too.

Case in point.

Fact is you called me a retard and a troll because you disagreed with my opinion instead of engaging in healthy debate.

And then rape will mean nothing and we may truly end up with a rape culture perpetuated and caused by the people "fighting it". But who are we kidding, these people aren't scared of rape or being a victim, they are afraid of not being a victim.

[–]Rathadin7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

No, they are afraid of losing what they've gained, which is the ability to do whatever they want, whenever they want, and not be held accountable.

This was only a problem when her friends slut shamed her into thinking she was the skank who fucks in bar bathrooms... then it was rape. Before that it was just sucking a cute bartender's cock and taking a load of cum down the hatch.

Is it actually illegal to make a false rape claim?

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (6 children) | Copy

AFAIK it's just as illegal as any false claim about a crime, and a court will decide about it in the end; but from what I read off an on about rape cases the most common policy seems to be "no harm done" when a woman makes a rape claim and it turns out to be false. Except that the damage to the man has already been done, he's already been slewn through the court and whatnot.

[–]Ojisan13 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

It's exceedingly difficult to prove that an allegation was false, to the standard of being beyond reasonable doubt which is required to convict the woman of making a false claim.

Even in OPs post, the article linked has all this evidence that everything was likely consensual, and yet it still says "but we don't really know that she wasn't raped in that bathroom."

Just because she can't prove he raped her, and just because the evidence points to that being unlikely, doesn't mean you can prove she made a false accusation.

[–]maadkekz1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

Rape claims can ruin a man's life, never mind any actual sort of conviction. You see it all the time; men lose their jobs, are stigmatised by society, cut off by friends and family...I could go on. Some poor bastards end up committing suicide. It's a big weight around a man's neck that is never removed, they take it to the grave: "Mike the Rapist"

It's symptom of the matriarchy that we live in today that licentious women in the West are able to pull this sort of shit. Thank fuck this bar had cameras to save this guy's ass.

[–]newls2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy

When Ched Evans (UK footballer) was accused of rape by that girl the entire media and dozens of celebrities completely destroyed his reputation and image.

No-one seemed to care that there was no fucking hard evidence whatsoever apart from the word of the girl, who had previously made several false rape accusations.

[–]maadkekz2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

Exactly, an entire football career ruined all based on what? Spurious testimony of some dumb bitch who drinks too much but doesn't want to admit it.

[–]Turn_Coat0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

... Actually I think the reverse is occurring, she can complain all she wants, but the case will never go to trial, and if it does, the jury won't convict.

So i think that these false accusations are going to lead to no one taking rape seriously in the near future.

From the dailydot: http://www.dailydot.com/crime/happy-ending-bar-rape-accusation-pepper-ellett/

Ellett also told Gothamist that one of the police officers who questioned her insinuated that she was a party girl and told her that "regrettable sex is not the same as rape." A bar rep told the New York Post that “The CCTV tapes show clearly that the alleged victim was seen kissing at the bar with the employee and was seen entering the bathroom of her own free will. It shows a 90 percent chance it was consensual behavior.”

At least some cops and bars are realizing how ridiculous some of these claims are. With how many of these "victim" claims make to the the news, I'm sure the police are hearing about an order of magnitude more.

[–]cocaineseats34 points35 points  (0 children) | Copy

Here's the problem though.

Before I saw this link posted in the thread, I Googled Pepper Ellett and this was the only link that came up with the new information. Furthermore, read that article -- it's written as though, EVEN WITH the video evidence, the article still refuses to address the part where she gave an account ENTIRELY different from what the video showed. All Dailydot says is "well, the video doesn't necessarily mean she's a liar, because it was edited, and you can't hear what they're saying" -- aka, we're STILL giving her the benefit of the doubt.

This isn't a big win. It looks like anyone at the bar associated with this was fired. The cops are still excoriated in the press for making the correct assumption that she was a whore who regretted what she did.

This is still a redpill rage story, but the moral is, there is no happy ending. Even with fucking video evidence, Feminazis and SJWs will still find a way to hamster out of what their eyes are showing them.

I also suspect they knew she was full of shit and telling her that was their way of giving her an "out" so she didn't did a bigger hole for herself.

With how many of these "victim" claims make to the the news, I'm sure the police are hearing about an order of magnitude more.

I'm absolutely certain of it. It would explain perfectly why the feminist media bangs on about how women are frequently not believed when they make rape allegations.

I wonder how many men are walking around totally unaware that their life has been saved by a savvy police officer who took a girls' statement and was mentally filing it in the bin before she'd even finished speaking?

[–]magus6780 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

As much sympathy I have for the falsely accused, we shouldn't approve of "filing it in the bin."

We don't have to subvert the process to win, we just have to insist on actual evidence and accountability to take someone's freedom away.

We don't buck the system, we simply hold it accountable to itself.

[–][deleted] 115 points116 points  (9 children) | Copy

I fucking hate feminists. The "rape epidemic" is caused by whores being whores, not caused by anything that men do. Women need to realize that they spent 100 years asking for this shit and then stop punishing it. Rape is no longer a man invading a woman's bodily integrity, it's a woman acting against her own sexuality. He just happened to be there. Had he not been there to fuck her on the bathroom floor, she probably would've gone in there to finger herself and then post on twox about how the patriarchy made her do it.

[–]Endorsed ContributorRedBigMan13 points14 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–]tigerjaws5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

finger herself on the floor LOL I don't think it's a woman acting against her own sexuality, but rather I think it's women acting against their own standards (probably because they're all whores or because they're drunk ty feminsim) and then regretting and feeling bad because they realize they're the sluts they always shamed others for being Therefore they can't accept responsibility for their own actions and they "CANT" be sluts so it was 'definitely rape, he definitely raped me' fucking scary times my man

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

This "CAN'T"... god, how often have I seen it and facedicked (dickpalmed?) with my just newly shriveled-up dick from the sheer power that the "CAN'T" gives them. Always remember, AWALT.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

The interesting thing to me was this bit:

Despite this, police who interviewed her suggested that the sex was consensual, with one officer telling her, "Maybe you're a party girl. You know regrettable sex is not the same as rape."

There are two possibilities.

1) a policeman did say that, so they are catching on about the regret-rape thing, in spite of feminists constantly pushing the police to 'just believe' rape 'victims' because they never lie about such a thing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gbb03SnhHOM

2) She made that up too, in which case women themselves are coming to realize that many in society are on to this little game.

We say that TRP is not a 'movement' and that is correct, but you can't stop red pill truths and attitudes leaking out into society.

[–]Turn_Coat-3 points-2 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–]1raceAround12675 points76 points  (11 children) | Copy

I was a bouncer for a couple of years on the London circuit. So, for what it's worth, date rape drugs and the reality of it.

Firstly, the effects of GHB are widely regarded as being a magical odourless tasteless drug which renders hot girls incapable of not ripping their clothes off or allowing them to be ripped off and having no memories at all of the event. The standard idea of an evil fat dude with bad tattoos has long since transcended into it potentially being the weapon of choice by every man a woman is ever likely to encounter. Yes, even your own local greengrocer and candle-stick maker.

The fact is, in the two years I was bouncing I only ever came across it two or three times. The initial thing that struck me about GHB was that when added to almost any alcoholic drink, it had a weird purple hue to it. Secondly it made almost every single alcoholic drink taste like absolute shit. Like someone had drank a few gallons of vinegar and pissed in my drink. Third, I had near half a pint of lager with GHB in it. At no point at all did I feel extra drunk, unconscious and my recollection from the experience was totally cogent.

The reality is if you can't tell your drink has been "spiked" then you're either way past being drunk in the first place in which case GHB is absolutely pointless, or you simply haven't been spiked. It's that simple.

Added to that, even in the late 90s, GHB was impossible to get hold of. Most of the sex shops in London that used to sell it stopped simply because the cops would raid them and shut them down immediately if they found any. Bear in mind, GHB was originally a legal recreational drug. Not that I agree personally with any drug use, this did used to be legally sold in sex shops!

As for my own encounters, I only ever found it once on a guy entering a club night. The dude damn near crapped his pants just sitting in the office while the cops came for him. Hell, it was either that or turn him loose and let a couple of the steroid monkeys loose on him in the alley behind the club (yes that did happen... not much you can do in that situation).

The only other two times we were suspicious of GHB use were both at gay themed nights. And the typical hallmarks were there, such as green fluff in vomit, involuntary movements while they had passed out, etc. I never once saw a single girl I suspected of having being spiked.

Of course, the club had several reports of girls being spiked. And all of them were taken seriously. Though that gets real difficult to take seriously when every single complaint bar none was pretty much rejected after reviewing the camera footage to find she'd been drinking like a fucking fish wife courtesy of any guy who would buy her a round. It was just standard expectation that that was what we would find.

The fact is, GHB was difficult as fuck to get hold of in the late 90s and really not even that heavily used. Every person coming into a club that my crew was running would be patted down, ergo the only time we ever found it was on Captain Pissyourpants.

It's 2015. I would be flat out gob-smacked if anyone could go out in London and track down a single bottle of the stuff. I would be further surprised still if it actually worked.

When I hear some story of a "girl being spiked" I immediately call bullshit. And I doubt I'm wrong. If ever.

In the US, GHB was easy to get until 2000.

Not any to be found since then. You're spot on.

Ghb is easy to get on the darknet markets. Awesome drug for recreational use with a S/O

[–]1raceAround1261 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Really? The only thing I ever found on Tor were cat facts. Equally awesome for use with an S/O.

tl;dr - Drink spiking happens so infrequently it's functionally 0% of suspected cases. In reality people just drank too much.

If you really want to control someone, you hit them with burundanga, aka. "Devil's Breath". Better known as scopalomine.

[–]1raceAround1260 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

I'd bet a few quid that if you actively went out looking for Scopalomine, all you would get is a whole bunch of blank expressions.

[–]BallisticTherapy0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

You'd have to do some travel to get your hands on it most likely, but if you're willing to go to such lengths to get a hold of it, then you probably won't have many qualms about using it in a manner that justifies the cost of acquisition.

[–]1raceAround1260 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Sounds like an awful lot of effort. My thoughts are that if girls were getting spiked at the rate that the media / feminism / reddit / urban legends would have you believe, it would be far more "available" just like weed is pretty available.

[–]BallisticTherapy0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

It's only a thing in South America for the most part. I've only heard of isolated incidents bordering on urban legends about people in the U.S. or any other western nation having it used on them.

Without the video, the police officer would have been fired and hung up on the Huffington Post as "typical evil police behavior."

The employee would be in prison getting his teeth kicked in and assraped at Rikers.

It's no wonder most rational men now just roll their eyes when they hear "party girl gets raped at x frat/house party." Too many of these false rape cases.

The real victims are the real rape victims. False rape cases desensitizes us and we start to not believe real rape victims.

The real victims are the real rape victims.

Well, them and the falsely accused who go to Rikers and get their teeth kicked in and assraped.

that or he forgot to pay her.

Most likely her jealous friends talked her into it. If she didn't fly with their plan she would've been called a slut by her friends. And women need friends like a fish don't need a bike.

I wonder what percentage of rape allegations are true, after reading stuff like this.

So many men are exonerated when there is video proof of what happened. What about the rest when there isn't?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (1 child) | Copy

Some of the hamstering going in the comments of that video are mind blowing.

Apparently once a woman has consumed alchohol she can freely call any man that sleeps with her a rapist.

It was the mod's idea too. Man, I hate it when mods censor unpopular opinion. I've never seen a man-forum mod censoring any comments; except for spam.

Of course her friend she's with who she ditched for 30 minutes while she hooked up with the guy is a grenade cock block mother hen who probably gave her the 3rd degree for leaving her like that.

[–]maadkekz2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

Sluts be sluttin' around.

This is just a case of a woman having her "awakening" & realising she's a dirty little whore. Classic cognitive dissonance..."but I'm a good girl, I wouldn't do that!...It must be rape"

Bitch can't handle the fact that what she thinks she is contrasts with what she really is.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Oh good. Now that she's been outed as a dirty lying slut, she's going to start to get 'internet harassment' and that internet harassment is going to be indicative of rape culture, and how society disregards women's experiences, and is predispositioned towards violence against women, and then a gofundme can be started for her, and she can get a half million dollars. You don't know what happened in that bathroom...she was confused!

[–]illmatic7086 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–]1CowardlyPetrov5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

And it should go without saying that dancing with someone is not a license for sexual assault, nor is occupying a bathroom with someone.

Dancing with someone, totally agree, but seriously? These retards don't think occupying a bathroom with someone qualifies as consent at least 99% of the time?

[–]quelques_heures0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

SJWs and Feminists are just brainwashed dogmatists that can't deal with reason and logic. It's all about feels.

What baffles me is how sheltered and gullible these people are and willing to defend every single rape claim made by a woman, to the extent that we should toss out core constitutional principals like evidence and innocent until proven guilty whenever a woman makes a rape accusation.

Which would be fine if women never made-up rape allegations, yet what we see is, time after time, women are willing to lie (almost like they have a right to lie) about being raped, or having uncomfortable, but consensual, sexual encounters and calling it rape, or like this girl who walks into a bathroom with some guy willingly, but is too shit-face drunk to remember what happened (or so she claims), and then after the fact (the next day) her girlfriends make her call the cops.

And it's so obvious she's just a butthurt feminist too,

"to imply that kissing equals consent is a deeply problematic perpetuation of the heavy, crippling, monstrous cloud of shame and guilt that ignorant and selfish men in power continue to place on victims of violence."

Typical women's studies BS. When in reality what happened was she got the tingles for some guy at a bar but her hamster won't let her admit it.

[–]drnick3161 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

I find it sickening that someone would lie about something like that. Sad thing is the woman can lie all she wants, I highly doubt she'll be charged with anything.

[–]1CowardlyPetrov0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

God bless cameras for not lying and the management for standing behind their employee.

[–]Tarnsman4Life0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

This woman should be in jail for filing a false police report. It is clear her version of events had no resemblance to reality. She got caught in the act of being a slut and made up a story to protect her reputation. Start lucking these sluts up when they make false claims and watch the number of "reported" rapes drop.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
