  1. Never, never, never stay or return to a woman who has cheated on you. No matter what. It is never worth it, you can't fix it, and you will always regret it if you do it.

  2. Don't change her mind, change her mood.

  3. No woman can fix your happiness or be the main source of it. Get your shit together first and improve yourself.

  4. Don't deal with a shitty women. Ever.

  5. Don't be ashamed of your sexual desires or think that girls don't want sex and have to be 'convinced' into having sex with you. When it comes to sex, men are like an on-off switch, women are like a volume knob.

  6. The amount of girls that want their hair pulled, ass slapped, and to be told what to do in bed is astounding.

  7. The guys who are banging girls out of their league are doing it because they went for it.

  8. Look at how she treats her parents/friends.

  9. You need to be BOLD. The sting of rejection is nothing compared to the sting of regret.

  10. Don't feed them with compliments, leave it to the betas. Your eyes should do the talking when she dazzles in that dress.

  11. You want to touch her, she wants to be touched. Be unapologetic about it. Talk simultaneously while you do kino.

  12. Be ready to walk away from any relationship. This also applies to real life, if something doesn't seem right, walk.

  13. Be always less invested than she is. You hold the power.

  14. You can't build attraction over text, use texting for logistics. The face to face interaction is what you need to seek.

  15. Do not make a woman your goal. You're on your own path and she can just join you.

  16. Don't mate guard.

  17. Treat women like human beings, not goddesses.

  18. Women treat relationships like men treat jobs. You may have a fine job--decent pay, vacation, just got a promotion, whatever. You're thinking, "Yeah, I'll probably stick around awhile". Then somebody comes up and asks if you want to be an astronaut at triple your current pay. You couldn't put in your resignation fast enough.

  19. A monkey doesn't let go of the branch its on until it has another branch in hand.

  20. Swing at everything, you miss 100% of the chances you don't take. There are no special snowflakes, they're turning 18 everyday.

  21. If you want true love, get a dog.

  22. She's not yours, it's only your turn.

  23. Hookers cost less than girlfriends and go away when you tell them to. Just saying.

  24. They have their mobile phones near them at ALL times, and i mean ALL, no matter what they are doing (or what is being done to them). if they want to contact you immediately, they can and will. so if you message them and they do not text you back until a few days later, they are deliberately ignoring your ass.

  25. It doesn't matter how long you've been with a woman, how many memories you have together, or how much effort you've put in...she will forget you in less than a week and move onto the next guy.

  26. Women want someone to take care of them but they want to feel like they are taking care of themselves

  27. Dont stick your dick in crazy (trust me) and wrap your shit

  28. What women truly want is value. They want a combination of things that excite their dopamine receptors, none of which come directly from you loving her. She wants your value; your status, your wealth, your protection, and your comfort.

  29. Don't forget to lift :)

  1. If she's making out with you on the first date always try and progress the sex. The number of guys who get Nexted because THEY didn't fuck on the first date is mind boggling!

This hit home hard

I learned my lesson

Yep, had a date with this girl once. I thought it went great. She texted "sorry you weren't interested." soon as I drove away. Never heard from her again.

A rejected sexual advance will rarely hurt your chances, with the huge caveat of it being calibrated properly.

[–]Il128 79 points79 points [recovered] | Copy

it will never hurt your chances.

She will say no because she's completely not into you. This saves you time and is a huge favor.

-or- She will say no because she's making you wait. This is OK, you can calculate how much waiting is worth to you and how long you want to wait. But she'll view you as a sexual being and she will know you're connecting on a sexual level. If she turns that into indefinite waiting it's up to you to cut bait and move on.

If she's going to think "eww, what a creep he wanted to have sex with me" ... fuck that. Move on.

Me and my bro have had several occasions where have escalated down to top off and tit sucking but no sex. plowed too hard so girl got cold feet on next meetup "oh no, im gonna be expected to put out" so they dont meet. The lesson is, dont push too hard past her resistance. A hand full of attempts is worth a try, after that its ruining future dates and u can blow out

Precisely, that is because of the evolutionary edge they have. Not directly meaning men are just some foolish muscular brats but due to care-taking and rearing, they are good at deciphering signals when a man lies and know how to avoid those when she does it.

I vividly remember one post in TRP where there was an research on school children and the results were not surprising. Girls had better developed regions of the brain, had superior motor and analytical skills than a boy of the same age and a similar upbringing and was analyzed in tune with their parent's IQ.

the other 10% of the time she's special and the rules don't apply to her?

People learn their tricks and what works works. People maximize their own self benefit. If she is the kind of person who wants to fuck 10 guys in parallel and try to keep them in the dark about it, then yes, when she is your girlfriend she will continue doing this.

Because she likes it.

She won't suddenly stop liking it because of how awesome you are. You can't invest anything in thinking that people spontaneously change because they don't.

People want to believe that their girlfriend or boyfriend is going to change pretty much for one reason: it confirms their own belief in their own special snowflake status.

This serial cheater has reformed because of me. They turned over a new leaf because of my intervention because I am so special, I shock and awed them into a new way of thinking.

All it is, is self flattery. No, you're not going to make them be something that they were not before.

If she's fucking clever, she's going to stay fucking clever. If she's so clever and so proud of herself that she lets you in on some of her past exploits, it just means that she's arrogant. She's gotten away with so much shit that she feels like she can tell you about it and still get away with the same kind of shit but with you. Because you're stupid, or you're in love, or you think she's a special snowflake or you think you're a special snowflake.

If you refuse to delude yourself about yourself, then she can't delude you.

This is Sun Tzu level shit. He who doesn't know himself will lose every battle. He who knows himself but does not know the enemy will win one for every one he loses. He who knows himself and knows the enemy will triumph in every battle.

36) Be passionate about something. Find a hobby that fits you and then be very good in it. If you can't talk about it for hours you're doing it wrong.

37) Always fuck her like it is your last fuck.

38) Lead.

39) Don't try to fix her if she's damaged goods, next her instead.

40) Compliment lifting with MMA/boxing or other combat sport.

41) Always keep two in the kitty.

[–]CQC315 points16 points  (36 children) | Copy

When did you or anyone else reading start practicing a combat sport?

I'm in my mid twenties and I'm just starting to realize that a fighting discipline might be what I've been looking for all along. I've always had a boner for technique, agility and finesse. Unknowingly, I used competitive video games as a placebo for that because they offer a small version of that. Now I just feel like I'm too old to get into that shit and I might just end up getting fucked up.

I don't have any delusions of a professional career, but I'm curious on how many people my age start up vs younger guys in their teens. I'd love to learn how to defend myself, and I'm not at all someone who starts fights, but I'd be incredibly pleased to have something in my back pocket in case circumstances beyond my control occur.

[–]MalVortex18 points19 points  (10 children) | Copy

I'm 28, and started training Krav Maga a few months ago. My only experience with martial arts was some karate back in my teens, so I came into this very much a neophyte. My experience so far has been very positive:

The classes are an excellent mix of HIIT, technique and combat philosophy, and physical contact/applied practice. Its not going to make me a skilled fighter in the way seriously training boxing or MMA or Muy Thai would... but I think it trains excellent combat fundamentals in a framework centered on how you'll probably need to apply them in a 'real-life' fight. This is the same general (if not exact) style of training police and military will typically train their service members in. It's not pretty, but it works.

Martial training has proven an excellent combination with my weight-lifting as well. My endurance and stamina has gone way up too. Your situation sounds similar to my own, so I'd encourage you to explore your interest. Find some high-rated gyms near you of whatever style(s) strike your fancy and go take a look. Any place worth training at should be able to give you a free class or two if you call ahead and express interest.

[–]CQC33 points4 points  (8 children) | Copy

Will do. How's Krav Maga compared to MMA gyms? Would you say it has utility? There's plenty of Krav Maga places around me as well as MMA gyms like American Top Team, so it seems like those are the prominent choices.

[–]MalVortex4 points5 points  (3 children) | Copy

Martial Style comparisons are one of those things everyone has an opinion on. I'm not an expert fighter, I haven't trained for decades in every style imaginable. So take my reply for what its worth.

IMHO, the style you practice is entirely flavor. Some styles focus on aspects A, B, and C, others focus on X,Y, and Z. Good fundamentals are good fundamentals, and there is a certain transfer-ability of skill from one martial form to another once you are experienced. In that sense, I'd recommend finding a gym you actually enjoy going to and has the training intensity you are comfortable with. MMA gyms are great, but if you aren't prepared to bust your ass, you'll burn out and walk away with a negative experience and no new skills to show for it.

MMA is a duelist's art form. You train MMA to take somebody apart in a 1 on 1 fight with certain specific restrictions put into place. To train MMA even semi-seriously is brutal HIIT cardio training, alongside endless boxing/muy thai and grappling. If you want to absolutely know you can take somebody apart, train for it and achieve your goal.

Krav has a different focus. Rather than teaching you honorable duelist mastery, it focuses on keeping you alive. Multiple attackers, weapons, choke defense, getting off the ground, maintaining situational awarness, etc. Strikes are simple and effective - you won't find any techniques here that can't be taught and practiced quickly by newcomers. Defeating your opponent through grappling on the ground is actively discouraged, as a street-fight has a high likelihood of having friends, weapons, or nasty terrain you don't want to roll around on.

Any style you train in a serious manner will instill discipline, confidence, and some degree of badassery to handle the world with. The details are really just flavor for you to pick, and nothing says you can't mix and match over time as your preferences, skill, and situation changes. Much like lifting, the most important aspect is to go regularly and challenge yourself. Everything else will follow in time.

[–]Kayyam0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Hey, you sound like you know your shit. I'm just curious on where does kung fu fall on the martial art-spectrum. Those guys breaking bricks with their bare hands and delivering high powered punches an inch away from an oppopent is impressive but I don't buy into the chi or chakra or whatever energy flow they're mentioning. What's your take on this ?

[–]CQC30 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Thanks, thats really what I'm looking for then as my main turn off to grappling is that it is impractical in a situation where there is more than one person. I'm not training necessarily to learn how to fight others, but it is something different than just going to the gym. I enjoy the movement and the process of refining a style, it is just calming to me. It's a unique connection to your body.

[–]sassypaella2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy

Regarding utility, no matter the MA you study, you should never fight. There are situations where you are forced to, but 99% of the time your fighting skills will mean nothing.

[–]CQC31 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

I agree. When I say situations I'm forced to, I really mean forced to. As in, I cannot even run away. There's too many variables in a street fight. I'm not in the mood to get seriously injured just for a stupid fight, and the last thing I need is to knock someone down and they hit their head and fucking die and then I go to jail for defending myself.

As you say as well, fighting IRL is a completely different beast. I'm of the opinion that if you want to learn how to fight on the streets then the only thing you can do is fight on the streets.

[–]sassypaella1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

In that case, I'd say Krav Maga is better than MMA. While the former has lost some of its practicality after being commercialized, it still is good enough to give some clues for a street fight. In the same way, many moves of MMA (such as any ground position) should not be used in a real fight, as they are extremely risky and not worth it.

[–]vipernick9130 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Hey that's awesome. I have been working out for few years and was thinking of combining it with some sort of martial arts. Any suggestions on where to look? I am the same age as you, so I wasn't too sure on where to look. I tried google, but didn't really help much.

Lifelong martial artist here.

Go for it.

Even at 60 you can start practicing, you just have to pick a martial art that your body can handle, and at 26 you are still young.

[–]CQC30 points1 point  (7 children) | Copy

What martial art do you practice?

[–]redzorp2 points3 points  (5 children) | Copy

I will chime in.

I'm 50 and practice MMA. Been doing it for roughly 4 years or so. Every week I do 4x jiu-jitsu, 3x boxing, 2x judo. All at the same school. At home I also throw in some yoga stretches every morning. I manage to stay competitive with guys who are decades younger.

Am I the best? Hell no. Get my ass beat as often as I deliver a beat down. Is it easy? Hell no! Every day I wake up and I feel aches and pains. Some days I feel my body can barely keep up. But damn. This is the greatest activity I have done in my entire life. Never felt better or more confident. I hope and pray that I can continue doing this until I am 80!

You can start training at any age, though it's rare to see anyone older than 60 around. And if you are under 30 - consider yourself lucky. You are YOUNG and can easily start training and have a blast. Things only start slowing down in your mid 40s. And even then you can keep it up for decades longer if you eat right, stretch and maintain a disciplined mindset.

[–]Falkrik0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

I do lots of weight lifting as I am training to compete in power lifting. If I were to do only one martial art which would you recommend? I used to wrestle in high school and I quite enjoyed that.

[–]redzorp5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

Depends on what you are looking for.

For infinite technique, fun, camaraderie, intensity and challenge: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Added benefit is that it is all about leverage. So if you are exhausted from power lifting, you can still train this art and be highly effective.

For pure self defense*: Boxing or Muay Thai

*Yeah I know everyone and their uncle will chime in here and say, No, bro! BJJ or Krav Maga or this or that for self defense. I beg to differ. I've trained all types of arts over my life. And for real life, actionable and effective defense, it's hard to beat good old western boxing, the Sweet Science. Just look up real fights on YouTube or Worldstar and see how effective even amateur boxers are in real fights. The hands are the quickest weapons. Boxing trains you to unleash your hands for immediate and rapid destruction. And while it's also true that a highly skilled BJJ guy can beat a skilled boxer (as the first UFC's demonstrated) - so what. In a street defense situation I would rather use my boxing skills than my BJJ skills. I want to stay on my feet. Knock out my opponents and get the hell out of dodge. No way do I want to tackle him (or them!) to the ground and try to break their arm with BJJ. Groundfighting skills are only "last resort" should I end up on the ground against my own volition.

If I was young and starting off today, I would start with boxing and judo. They compliment each other and give you excellent stand-up skills (punching, throwing, evading) and judo also has enough ground techniques to make you highly skilled on the ground. After perfecting those arts, I would then integrate BJJ to further perfect my ground game and Muay Thai to get some kicking power.

If you are older and feebler and don't want too much rough stuff then even Aikido can be great. I did that art for a couple of years. It is very limited for self-defense. Despite what they say, the vast majority of Aikidoists would get killed in a real fight against a seasoned street fighter. But you do learn some skills and it's great fun to learn. Plus, if you cross train with some friendly MMA guys, you can convert your Aikido skills into something that actually has a chance of working in real life.

At the end of the day, you can't go wrong with any of the proven, combat sports/arts:

BJJ, Boxing, Judo, Muay Thai

Karate could also work but be beware that there are a TON of McDojo's out there, that only teach watered-down junk. If you are going for karate then find a truly hardcore kyokushin or Kudo style school with a good reputation. Those "hard styles" of karate are no joke.

[–]CQC30 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

That's interesting, nobody in this subthread mentioned Muay Thai yet, but it is the art that I'm leaning toward the most at the moment.

Hah, when I was really young I actually did sign up for Karate, even 11 year old me knew a McDojo when he saw one. I quit that shit because it was a waste of time and money and you pay to break weakened boards on Saturdays.

[–]CQC30 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

That's great to hear man, good to know you're kicking ass into your 50's. Besides the great workout I'm going to get from it, I honestly just want to be in a place where I can meet some cool dudes. I've pretty much cut most ties with my beta friends (some even did it for me) and I'm just trying to meet some young guys who won't drag me down in terms of activities.

[–]Redasshole0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I began with judo then turned to aikido. Then, i trained in tai chi/qi gong/kung fu. Then boxing and now krav maga.

[–]MetalliMunk3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

Started at 14 with Karate, got my black belt, transferred over to Jiu-Jitsu at 21, now instructing. Martial arts not only humbles you (especially jiu-jitsu, being smashed by beasts on a weekly basis), but gets you normalized to handling stressful situations successfully and knowing if a situation ever became physical, you could handle yourself fairly decent, or at the least, minimize greatly the damage received.

[–]Strike48 3 points3 points [recovered] | Copy

Mid twenties is usually the median age for most MMA gyms I feel. It's where most men start to be more financially stable and can drop the 100-150 bucks of extra income for training. You wont see many broke mcdonald workers there so it filters a lot of younger dudes.

[–]glenfiddichlaker310 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don't want to say it but that's what I'm waiting for, a slight financial stability. I'm awaiting a security clearance while getting an MS and working two part time jobs. I cannot wait to move

[–]fruitbyyourfeet0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

I started muay thai and bjj when I was 23. There were more than a couple blue belts over 50, my bjj instructor I belive is 43, and his dad is a black belt still doing it in his 70s. You can take the classes without competing, and generally what we do is go full speed, low power. No one will make fun of you or beat your ass being 25. Sign up, man.

[–]CQC30 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

For sure, Muay Thai is actually what I was leaning toward. What is it like?

[–]fruitbyyourfeet1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Lots of footwork, lots of form work. Nothings worth doing that isn't worth doing it right. Expect to spend the first couple weeks learning your stance, moving in your stance, and throwing simple stuff like jabs and crosses, maybe with occasional kicks, and then the next couple months making them better and consistent.

I imagine it's similar in most places, but my academy was like a family. We're all there to learn and get better. If you missed a guard and something got through, no one laughed, no one yelled, the guy that slipped by you helped you up and you got back to it and you both bettered yourselves. I miss it though, I moved away for my job, and now I haven't made it back in months. I need to find another one nearby, honestly.

Texting for logistics? Fuck. That.

What is a woman's porn? Romance Novels. 50 Shades, etc. READING.

Texts let her fill in the mental blanks with what you say as well as don't. It's been shown that strong textual game breaks down the walls to the point that when you first meet, it's as if you've been on 2 dates off the bat. Those who use it for strictly logistics are those who have nothing of value to say to keep her interest.

Guaranteed if you aren't, someone else is.

Then when you first meet, continue from where your last text ended. So many drop the ball on this. If you've texted a day / week and are finally meeting, don't start off, "Hey, I'm TextualIntercourse". Just carry on exactly where you ended your last text. If you have half a brain and a shred of even mild creativity, it should be an extension of your conversation.

If not, sure, then use it for just logistics and make sure your A game is on kino point. I make my lays as fast and easy as possible, texting kills it in my world.

[–][deleted] 45 points46 points  (1 child) | Copy

here's another texting point. Absence.

An alpha that I know had several girlfriends. I was having drinks with him while his main girlfriend was texting away at him. He's pick up his phone, check it, and put it down.

I told him at some point (now seems kind of stupid), "Aren't you going to answer her? You're probably driving her crazy." (duh)

He said, "I am making her happy. She is with her friends. I am giving her something to talk about. They are talking about me. They are wondering where I am, who I am with, and what I'm doing. She will ask her friends what they think. She will tell her friends what she thinks. Then she'll text me again."

Eventually he'd give her an answer. But the absence of his presence created a void into which she would pour herself. If he fired off something every time she wrote to him it would be far, far less interesting.

This guy understood on a very intimate level how her brain was working and he pressed all the right buttons. Gave her enough play in the rope, and also gave her enough feedback to keep her craving more.

I was enlightened.

[–][deleted] 14 points15 points  (0 children) | Copy

[–]Lyradex13 points14 points  (3 children) | Copy

This is one piece of TRP advice that I also disagree with, for myself.

I write damn good innuendo and smut, I write it better than I can say it. I've used text in manners that had the girl on me within minutes.

That said, yes it can backfire (and has). Yes it can fail, yes it can show too much neediness and attention.

But sometimes it works like novacaine, so I use it as the situation fits.

I suppose it's a "YMMV" thing.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy

it's an opportunity as well to experiment on how they're going to handle some kinds of information. Tell her what you're going to do to her when you get her alone. She may not like it, in which case you save some time. She may though feel that you've given her license to be a sexual being and that may be a relief to her.

Texting her, "Hi babe, wondering how you're doing. Thinking of you. Miss you so much. Hope you're happy. How is your day going? My day is a bit boring because I'm not with you, staring into your eyes. Wish you were here." ... that's a waste of time.

[–]Lyradex8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy

Fucking exactly. Thank you for elucidating like that, this is exactly what I mean.

I'm not texting going "I miss you pretty girl, you're so lovely and nice oh my."

It's usually more along the lines of (if short) things like. "Hey Trouble, been thinking about those lovely soft lips of yours. Can't wait till I get back to town and can put them to good use."

This is obviously not verbatim or anything, nor what I refer to as "smutting" which usually unfolds if the girl responds well to something simple like above. I'll get fucking descriptive.

I've had it be a complete crash and burn, but more often than not, It's given me some rather amazing results. I can tell them some really fucked up shit once they get into the game... which makes doing that fucked up shit in person an -expectation- not just a possibility. Also, texting it out seems to make some of them much much much more comfortable with getting really dirty, you can test their limits and their barriers before you even have to try it in person.

I keep it teasing and sexual as a rule.

Also, just a personal note, damn girls love being called Trouble. It's become one of my often used "pet" names for girls early in the logistics because I've had so damn much luck with it. It's like just by calling them Trouble, I already pull them into a more deviant and sexual frame of mind. No explanation on that one and another YMMV situation, but Dirty Girl, Naughty Girl, and Trouble, all seem to give me good results. The more uptight/good girlish the girl seems... the more effective it is.

100% agree. Text game is gold if you're good at it. Women love to read porn and that's what you're providing.

Pro tip: text her at work, ask her what color panties she's wearing, make her go to the bathroom and take them off, tell her to send you a picture of her panties on her desk, tell her she can't touch her pussy and throw some creatively nasty scenarios about what you're going to do to her with your fingers, cock, and mouth while she's sitting at her desk. She will be soaking her chair and drive straight to your house when she gets off work.

You feel like it's too good to be true and this must be the love of your life.

All of this gives the sadistic bitches an intoxicating ego boost.

Would you mind giving your thoughts on something that's been bothering me?
Are we really mislabeling a shit ton of children with ADD/ADHD? Or is it just that we never cared in years past so kids went undiagnosed?

[–]antillus1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

This turned out longer than I expected. Tl;dr at end.

That's a loaded question, and the answer as usual is somewhere in between, but I'll do my best to answer (everyone has a differing opinion on this).

I don't think that we are necessarily mislabeling kids (and many, many adults these days) with ADD/ADHD. Of course there are clinicians that over-medicate, but I think it's a real problem because of how society has changed even in one generation.

The average human these days processes information in one day in orders of magnitude more than they did even 10 or 20, let alone 100 years ago. This is much faster than humans can evolve, but is an inevitable part of civilization's progress. Of course this is part of the reason why so many people are having trouble focusing and is not going to get better any time soon.

The type of information we consume is also becoming different as we are exposed to many short bursts of data in rapid intervals (ie. reddit, or the mainstream news cycle). An example of this would be the fact that ADHD is far more common in city dwelling urbanites than say in kids out on farms who spend a lot of time outdoors (oversimplification, but you get the picture).

By no means is the above the only reason for increased diagnoses, as this leads to your second question. Of course in the past doctors had much less information about ADD/ADHD and how it worked and kids who acted out because of their symptoms were often just seen as being misbehaved. It's not that we didn't care, it's just that we didn't really know any better. We didn't even realize a lot of adults have it too!

I sometimes work with drug addicts at outpatient centers, often there because of becoming entangled in the legal/corrections/law enforcement clusterfuck that don't know/care at all about mental health except to lock it up and throw away the key. I'd say 60% of the adults are ADD/ADHD and never been treated. They start self-medicating with illegal drugs at a young age and with no one to notice the symptoms, spiral out of control . When we start treating them with ADHD drugs it's crazy how their lives can turn around.

OK I didn't mean to turn this into an essay, but it's been on my mind a lot because of the work I've been doing..hope it helps..

tl;dr: yes, some kids were mislabeled but a lot of it is because of our information driven society. 2. It's not because we didn't care, it's because we didn't know better and thought kids with ADD were just acting out and needed a spanking.

Crazy is a good description.

Mean to those she can dominate physically or mentally.

For example screaming and ranting at a child for not respecting her enough.

She will be a huge slut but she will hate sluts and every woman she knows she thinks is a slut.

She'll do shit to harm herself. Like cutting or spending all her rent money on a tattoo.

She'll sleep around on you and make damn sure you know she did.

She'll be a huge narcissist and yet hate herself.

I could go on. Basically, a cunt.

I didn't learn this one until college:

5. Don't be ashamed of your sexual desires or think that girls don't want sex and have to be 'convinced' into having sex with you. When it comes to sex, men are like an on-off switch, women are like a volume knob.

Which, as it turned out, was both Bad and Good

  • The Bad was simply that I didn't get much traction with the girls in high school... second base at best for the most part because after looking at those days with the Red Pill LensTM,
I was actually talking myself out of fucking these girls because of this misconception that women didn't like sex and had to be "convinced".

  • The Good was that if I had pushed through my reluctance, and what was basically just the standard ASD from these girls, I would have gotten one pregnant and ended up in the Midwestern, Bible Belt horror story of your choice. Something that I saw ( and still see) play out over and over when I visit my family there.

1 Women lie. It's an out right lie, a half truth, a white lie, a manipulation with a hint of truth.

  1. Women have no honor, no accountability, no chivalry, and no shame.

  2. All women fuck on the first date if they see you as alpha.

  3. No woman over 21 has a low n count. You masterbate, she swipes Tinder, gets a free meal, drinks and a lay.

  4. Women cheat. An attractive woman is going to be propositioned every day, several times a day. Doesn't matter what relationship she's in, she's going to say yes eventually and then she's going to say yes more and more often.

  5. The more attractive a woman is the more likely she will have sex.

  6. You are the prize. You meet women in order to give them the opportunity to pursue you.

  7. You don't need a ltr or a wife. Truth is you must learn to be happy alone before you can truly be happy.

  8. You should always work for what you want. Nothing of value is free or easy.

  9. Money matters. Save your money. Things come and go and never make you happy.

Yeah I plan on doing it soon. Just not after having sex for the first time yesterday. She is going to think I only used her. I'm not a women hating redpill alpha yet (no offense to anyone) but I lurk this sub sometimes because it does offer some valueable advice sometimes. I do plan on becoming a better man but I do respect women and If I can minimize the damage done to a girls heart I will do my best to do so. I really like her as a person just not sexually but she is super vulnerable so I have to find a way to break up and make her feel like it's because of me.

[–]Learn_ta_Swim4 points5 points  (7 children) | Copy

Quit thinking like a white knight for both your sake. "make her feel like it's because of me. " You can't make her feel anything other than tingles, which is probably what you're doing more & more every day you prolong this façade. What sounds better to you?
-"I think we should break up because I realized I'm not that into you in actuality. Sorry, not sorry"
OR
-"I think we should end our ten year relationship because I've been lying about liking you for nine. I didn't want to 'hurt your feelings' so I lied over & over again. Sorry, not sorry. Enjoy the divorce."

No offense but just because I'm lurking in this sub doesn't mean I agree with it. Being a white knight is different than being thoughtful towards a person and caring about said person. Maybe you have forgotten that. I agree with you that I'm doing no one good by prolonging this relationship but that does not mean that I'm just going to break up with her right now and then have this awkward shitty situation in class. Not every situation is as black and white as you and this sub make it out to be.

[–]Enjoyitbeforeitsover1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy

Dude, are you in high school? You better not be prioritizing her over your daily goals in life man.

[–]bumblebee_lol0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

I'm in nightschool college. We are both 23. I'm not prioritizing her at all it's just she is really in love and I'm not some alpha who can just break up with anyone yet. She told me I'm the first guy making her feel like a real woman. I need to find the best possible way to break up with her, so she doesn't think it's her fault.

[–]Earthworm_Djinn0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

You break up yet man? Looking at top posts if the week. If you think you want to break up, you do want to break up. Letting it linger just makes you both resentful.

[–]bumblebee_lol0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

hey man I have not broken up yet. I tried on Saturday but I made the mistake of telling her it's because I don't want her to get hurt by me and my issues (being bipolar for instance) so she just refused to accept it. it's really hard for me since its my first relationship and on top of that we see each other every night at school. I think I'll just do it tonight after school and get it over with. will report when I do it

[–]Earthworm_Djinn0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

[–]bumblebee_lol0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

[–]Earthworm_Djinn0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Be strong. You can 100% block her texts, and I'd recommend it. Just be calm and frank in person - it's neither of your faults it didn't work out, but that doesn't mean you have to deal with her trying to cope with it.

[–]phibetared0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

As I woman I know once put it, "That girl who is wearing the hot, sexy outfit at work? I guaranty you she is not thinking about financial spreadsheets all day"

The ones that look hot, are hot.

[–]geo_gan0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Well it could just be a jealous older bitch (since you called her woman / about a 'girl' i presume age difference) simply judging a book by the cover and also more or less marking her territory by attempting to put down the younger competition in the eyes of males in her territory (slut shaming?). How else could she compete otherwise? Maybe the sexy one is intelligent too or even more than the woman you know.

I agree with the sentiment but there's no thought or body function that isn't a product of "chemical reaction" that is configured by nature for a specific function. Your brain is as good as a body organ as your stomach. Your post is the result of neurons firing at the right time, for fuck's sake.

Unless you believe that your soul is the causal force for your body functions, in which case I just don't even know what to say.

A better way to say it is "be aware that your brain and body acts on its own, notice it and be mindful on what you act on". Boom, we hit "love", "fear", "anger", "not fooling around like a fucking retard" all in one swing. That's as stoic as it gets. And start meditating.

Your brain is as good as a body organ as your stomach.

The human brain is the most powerful tool in the known universe. There are plenty of stomachs out there, many animals have them, they all work. The human brain is unique in its unparalleled ability.

I would not equate it to "just as good as your stomach". Your stomach processes food, your brain is capable of destroying the entire planet.

[–]AGallopingMonkey 9 points9 points [recovered] | Copy

Great list.

Never, never, never stay or return to a woman who has cheated on you. No matter what. It is never worth it, you can't fix it, and you will always regret it if you do it.

I'd modify this rule and say that a woman who has cheated on you is fine as a plate and nothing more.

Don't deal with a shitty women. Ever.

Dont stick your dick in crazy (trust me) and wrap your shit

Good advice. You need to have standards. When you invite a woman into your life, even as a plate, you give her the power to seriously fuck your shit up. Check out my submission: Even for a one-night stand or friend-with-benefits, the character of a woman is still important.

They have their mobile phones near them at ALL times, and i mean ALL, no matter what they are doing (or what is being done to them). if they want to contact you immediately, they can and will.

The more general rule: if she is attracted to you, she will find a way to contact you, visit you, and fuck you. If she makes excuses then she's not attracted and she's just wasting your time and it doesn't matter how many times she says she misses you.

Don't be ashamed of your sexual desires or think that girls don't want sex and have to be 'convinced' into having sex with you.

You want to touch her, she wants to be touched. Be unapologetic about it.

Guys need to remember that the whole point of dating is to have sex. You literally need to feel her out to see if she is down to fuck.

As I always say: Start out with light physical escalation but make sure you are following a pattern of progressive overload by gradually going heavier in definite increments. If you fail, de-load 10% and try again.

The guys who are banging girls out of their league are doing it because they went for it.

You need to be BOLD. The sting of rejection is nothing compared to the sting of regret.

Fortune favors the bold and so do women.

[–]TomFoo7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

Don't tolerate bad behavior. Example: If she cancels a first date on the day of, don't respond. Next her.

Assume everything she says is a shit test. Start from there, work backwards.

Sex in three dates. If not, next her.

Don't let her get away with anything. If she's late, mention it. If she's leaving her shit at your place, tell her to take it next time.

Typical second date should be: Have her cook for you, then thank her by fucking her brains out.

Make her text you seflies before you meet in person. Make her invested in you as early as possible.

Lift, build wealth, crush shit tests, hold frame, and for fucks sake be responsible for your own happiness.

I get so tired of this advice. You may want your lineage to end but as a man, your primal nature is to lay and reproduce. I personally want to grow old and watch my grandkids play. While we age much better than women, we still age. Yes, you can get it reversed but it's not one hundred percent. Leave your testicles alone and wrap it up.

[–]TaroShake3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

Based on my experience for those that have been cheated on or will probably one day could be cheated on, never ever try to fix the relationship or bother with any attempt of trying to salvage or rekindle that relationship. The trust is gone so walk away. Simply walk away because any attempt shows that she has more power than you and she will be one dominating the relationship. You don't want that because she will just think of you as beta.. no.. even worst, a puppy who can't protect her.

From what I've read so far on this subreddit, when you walk away you hold the power and that power that you hold is most important for your self-esteem. Don't let her end the relationship, YOU by all means should end it because they say that those who end the relationship holds the power and make the other partner more hurt and more wanting of you.

As for those that are still hurt, try to become the better man. Her cheating was the reason why I was able to discover this subreddit last month and while I'm still a newb, I'm learning a lot of different perspective on life; the ugly truth and how life was never truly fair.

16 Do not mate guard (unless you have opted for an exclusive LTR, in this case you should adopt passive and low level dread, and at least ensure she is not out drinking without you or maintaining male friendships)

I know a lot of people might think this is beta but the dynamics change in a serious LTR. You do not need to mate guard but you do need to set boundaries and implement dread, or she will leave/ cheat. Do not offer bread to the duck.

[–]Johnny_Lawless_Esq 11 points11 points [recovered] | Copy

This is a great list, except for one, small thing.

You want to touch her, she wants to be touched. Be unapologetic about it. Talk simultaneously while you do kino.

I'm going to voice a respectful disagreement here. "Kino," as as a semi-formal system, is way too complicated, and way too easy to screw up. You don't need to do a lot of touching to seal the deal, and frankly, if poking or elbowing her at this or that time is what makes or breaks the deal, then you need more help than "kino" can give you.

[–]KermitTheeFrog77711 points12 points  (0 children) | Copy

Agreed. But the system is just to help noobs. The Abstract concept of touch early and often, subtlety, is useful.

What does TRP have to say about ethnic men who's social value is actually lower?

Eg. I am Asian. Most white women do not like me. Poor matches on Tinder, even in "diverse" cities. Asians are considered to have the worst men. After right swiping thousands of times, most matches were other Asian women (60%), followed by black (15%), white (20%), and other (middle eastern / Indian, 5%)

[–]smokecheck19761 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

A. You are doing better than I ever do on those sites.

B. Most women aren't on Tinder. You, like me, are going to have to get your ego bruised and make approaches in person.

Honestly, even getting rejected in person is more fun than Tinder.

Honestly, I wish I got more likes by Asian women. I find their company to generally be the most pleasant.

[–]redzorp0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

I'm of Indian ethnicity (though born and bred in the West) and have never had issues with attractive women of all races, over several decades of living. And I'm only 5'8".

Lift. Practice MMA. Focus on a high-paying career. Make lots of money. Have dedicated passions in life OTHER than women. Develop a sense of humor. Travel. Read everything. Become worldly, wise and ambitious. Then, believe me, women will just magically be there. All types. All races. More than you can handle.

I've never been on Tinder and never bothered with online dating. For Asian guys living in the West it's all about having wide social circles and in-person facetime with the opposite sex (after having honed your SMV).

Most of the women I've been with in person would have likely swiped me away on Tinder without a second thought.

[–]Lord_Trolldermort0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

yeah, my life is nothing like that. except the lifting bit. i went from being stick thin to about normal over the last 2 years.

The rest of the things you say are very far away from my life circumstances. I have been unemployed for a while and have fallen behind rent. The place where I live for past couple of years has been robbed twice and had windows smashed and I just had my car vandalised yesterday. I tried travelling a long time ago (to Europe), but I was very ugly and socially awkward and did not enjoy it very much. I can't do MMA (contact martial arts) for medical reasons, though I tried to go to a kungfu class last year, but found gas too expensive as I don't have a job. As I get older, I don't seem to be so much more worldly as twisted and bitter.

For me, I use Tinder because it's all I have, I have practically no social circles since leaving college. I mean, I talk to some people now and again online, but it's super rare that I go to any social event since college. Especially as I can't drink anymore. I get waaay depressed and it's not pretty to see.

I admit from what I said above that the least of my problems should be meeting with women, but it is still true that my matches are currently skewed heavily along racial lines. I am told I am not bad looking for an Asian, and this seems to be borne out from the Tinder data. But that's about it.

[–]mehdreamer0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I agree. I am from the MENA..and my ex, white Dutch told me after she has seen my OKC profile that she would have never replied to my messages. If you're not an 8 or 9, with extremely good picture, don't bother with online...it's just a big source of frustration..

[–]Johndoesmith673 points4 points  (3 children) | Copy

[–]chocobaby0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Very true, and also, women care much less about muscles than the confidence you get by lifting. Lift heavy or light, take martial arts, gymnastics, dance, yoga, run, cycle, whatever. Just DO something physical and you will reap rewards of confidence, health, stamina, grace, balance, energy, and focus. These are all sexy traits to women. And remember...if you lift heavy...don't forget your legs and ass!!!

[–]TRP_DarkTriad0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Number 26 is absolutely essential

[–]PranksterLad0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

Can I ask; why is it so important to look at how she treats her parents?

[–]highenergysanders0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Because it shows how someone acts when they are comfortable and don't worry about having to impress you/ win you over anymore. Women will keep their shit together in the early stages. They will hide their crazy, be more cool and relaxed, more forgiving, etc. Then once they think they have you the real personality comes out.

A girl who who is rude and ungrateful toward her family will absolutely act the same way toward you sooner or later. If she gossips about how her sister or her mom is a bitch I guarantee she will gossip and shit talk about you too. If she is doesn't go out of her way or is flat unwilling to lend a helping hand to family, then she is also going to be the same toward you.

[–]PranksterLad0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Wow - Thats ridiculous, so you think this girl was flat out bad for me?

[–]Albireon0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

  1. - True. It's mostly not worth it, the person would have to be a different person.
  2. - How about change both?
  3. - True. But sometimes a woman is needed first before you realize you can be happy with life.
  4. - I guess if you only want her physically you could turn your brain off, but you would have to be able to do that.
  5. - "When it comes to sex, men are like an on-off switch, women are like a volume knob." Is that really true? If one thing bugs me it is that I wish my girlfriend would show me some more attraction, it feels like she is scared of touching me or something before I invite her to.
  6. - Why?
  7. - You have to find the right amount, you can tell compliments if they are honest and if you really want to. People who know you will notice that you mean it. Also receiving honest compliments is nice.
  8. - Not being invested =/= Power, you can be invested and have power, best would probably be if both are invested the same amount.
  9. - You can't? Why? Texting can be interesting, especially when you already know the person and that you share attraction overall.
  10. - True. But also don't force yourself to not be jealous. You can show being jealous without loosing 'power'.
  11. - So do most people in general. They're dicks. If you think you'll find a better "job" at least say so. You never know what the best "job" is, so you could be surprised to find someone who you do love more, but I think that you should already think that you hit the best "job" you can have if you want to use that as an excuse. But yeah, it's stupid to think that you can compare human beings like jobs.
  12. - Are you telling to stay in a relationship you are unhappy about? I don't get it.
  13. - Or you just learn out about yourself and what you want to swing at, since not everybody can have fun with girls just because they look good or whatever.
  14. - The dog just stays because he relies on you, how is that "true" in any way?
  15. - What if she wants to be yours, and truly means it?
  16. - Yeah, why even bother with dating when all you need is a fuck? And I mean this truly, not as a joke. If your sexually attracted to hookers, just do it. Thing is not everybody is happy with this, maybe occasionally, but some people are sexually attracted to different kind of trades that you do not see hookers having.
  17. - Well, maybe the majority does, but yeah. Even if they don't, they should care about what you text them enough to keep their phone ready, if they really like you. It's just mean to not respond or pay attention if you can, at least to someone you like.
  18. - Not true.
  19. - Idk, maybe some of them do. From my experience there is nothing to be ashamed of if you are taken care of. Of course that makes you rely on that person, it would have to be a trustworthy person.
  20. - I think the risk is the exciting part.
