TRP is great in the mindset that it teaches but yet for those in the process of swallowing the red pill, the amount of information and the multitude of directions the various, at first glance, inchorent subjects go into, can be overwhelming.

This post is for you. And everyone else. Focusing on only your next step is a basic achievement habit. Mastery in any area, is mastering the basics.

Focusing only on your next step is so important. Failure to do so is not lethal but is deterrent to success. Think like forgetting the e-brake was on your car. You made it, just not as fast and/or easy. So I offer you the following process to help you out. This is to be done mentally and as one learns and trains it becomes habit. It can take seconds. If you want a cure to procastination this can be it. Another post if requested by the community.

  1. Imagine living out your dream, your lifestyle, all those things.

  2. Note the aspect which stirs up the greatest amount of emotion. Positive, negative, doesn't matter. Find that which you feel the most.

This will differ from man to man. Some it will be wealthy, some it will be a peaceful cottage life, some will be banging 10s, some will be fitness model jacked.

For those who are focused on their goal, this would be the same most of the time. There's a saying, 99% commitment is a bitch, 100% commitment is a breeze.

  1. Look for resources in service to this goal.

TRP is great in its awakening of awareness of what is. Lifting, women, money, business, passions, all these things are endorsed and considered worthwhile goals in TRP. TRP is not unto itself a solution but a guide.

  1. With discernment, mentally take action on the first actionable item suggested. Three times. If you still feel compelled to take action, this is your next step.

Go forth and achieve.
