I've seen your comments a lot before, so I checked your post history to see how much you've actually been reading and understanding what you're reading. You have been visiting the sub for a long time. I am not one to tell you to hurry, but I see there's something missing from your arsenal. Maybe you haven't begun lifting yet, maybe you haven't read the sidebar yet, maybe there's something else missing.
Only you can know. But you have to begin doing those missing activities, because until then, many things you read here will look like hate material, and you too will think that way (it's a sort of confirmation bias). That's what I don't get about all these cases, why do school administrators handle crimes when they are not capable of handling them in the first place? If that was the case IRL, you would have thousands of cases of false rape accusations on universities and the problem would be obvious to everybody. We wouldn't have to discuss it.

If this happened in my school I would advise the guy to "cry rape". he was too drunk, unable to consent and was assaulted. I would then go after the school, suing for damages. Supposedly, any two bit lawyer could help contest the explusion if there is no actual conviction.
