In the majority of cases, things other people do to you can be explained simply: "they don't fucking care". The main exception is in the workplace. Everything at work is politics.

Know that saying: never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity? This is the 21st century. We've hit the point where more things are explained by apathy than stupidity. Hell, most stupidity is explained by apathy. There's a life lesson.

Girl turned you down? You're not hot shit, you got passed by. You pass by girls all the time. Same shaft, just feels different getting the gland end.

If you spin a story out of pure fantasy about how she's doing that because she doesn't see your true worth, how her prejudices blind her &c. you are in your own world, and that means you're wanking.

Same thing with male relationships. Why don't those guys invite you out for drinks and parties? Is it because they're not cool anyway, who cares?

Ask yourself: why should they care about you? What about you would interest others in making your acquaintance, make them desire your attention, let them enjoy spending time with you?

This is why TRP is about improving your value. Note the emphasis on the word value: value does not exist in a vacuum, it is a perception that others and society has of you. PUA had one half of it right- to get results, you need to press the right buttons in others. Monk mode has the other half- being a valuable person ultimately comes from effort and consistency from within.

Simple question, simple answer: you're not hot shit, and you'll know it when you get there. Putting in effort does not magically make you valuable. You have to be perceived as such.

That is the hardest and most fruitful part of growing up: coming down from monk mode with your eagle and serpent, interacting with society with the strength and knowledge that you gained from TRP. It is these interactions that give you value and experience.
