There was a study, that has been mentioned here several times, which concluded that men get a testosterone boost after 7 days of no masturbation but more than that is dimishing returns. These studies are inconclusive until more research is done, but they can serve as a starting point.

Only you can make this decision. Your age, your overall health, your fitness level all have effect on how your body generates hormones.
I am in my mid-thirties, exercise regularly and watch what I eat. So I may be considered a healthy male. After I "recycle" my "resources" it takes 2-3 days for my body to get back to normal levels. My sexual drive and desire comes to a "manageable" level. After 7 days the energy becomes almost too much to handle.
I have come to this point by experimenting. I've gone thru streaks (abstinence) of 2 weeks, a month and two months. Once I passed thru 3 weeks, it was a very good experience but I also like the calmness easiness after getting off.
Long story short, you should experiment and find what fits your schedule.

Even though I unfortunately did not journal my feelz I think I still have some reference worth sharing. I had a couple of occasional few day streaks for a year now and currently I'm almost 3 months off fapping and porn. After around 40 days I had a couple of lays which eventuelly were not in my interest anymore.
The main reason I'm doing this at the moment is of course because I'm having trouble getting laid as much as I would like with whom I would like. At least this is what I think at the moment. When I had opportunities though, I chose the streak over an easy release since the options I had were not favourable in my opinion. This could also be interpreted as having standards and I even think this is part of the growth process.
Without going into further details, let me break down for you what I have experienced overall:
mad urges (especially in the beginning)
significantly more energy (working out 5 times a week even after work and/or chores is no big deal)
easier to keep in check (diet, drugs, drinking, sleep, routine, work)
mental health (less anxiety, depressive feelings)
and all the stuff that you read everytime when someone posts the benefits. Some final words on the flatline: Half of my streak I have been in a kind of flatlining state but I still do like it a lot better than what my previous life was looking like.
TL;DR: Not fapping provides a lot of tools to help embrace redpill ideas but also has it's downs.

Dudes, I had the opposite experience. I no tapped for years, jacking off only once a month at most. I found myself desperate to get pussy, and breaking frame, getting emotional over my ex.
After I started jacking off again, forcing myself or using porn when I didn't feel like it (I don't like masturbating, it makes me feel kinda icky and lame), I started behaving with no fucks. Sexuality was under my control. I fuck my ex when I feel like it, fuck a plate when I feel like it, ignore them and do whatever the hell I want when I feel like it.
Masturbation sucks and porn addiction & resultant weakening are very real. But walking around edgy and aggro and pusshungry is counter productive. Don't stress sex. Abundance mentality. Jacking off is a powerful tool to help achieve that.
Just think of how you're training your brain. Are you training your brain to get pussy and not stress sex, or to play video games and fill your mind with fake actors sucking off other dudes? That's the key, I think.

Testosterone has nothing to do with NoFap and everything to do with orgasm. The release itself down-regulates testosterone; not the act of masturbating or having sex.
That being said, most of the things above are accurate from my experience, although, after 5 years of doing NoFap with streaks ranging from 2 weeks to 3 months, I can tell you there is 0 correlation between sex drive, energy and the length of the streak. Both from journals and spreadsheets I have kept, it all seems completely random, with a positive trend however for mental clarity and memory, during longer streaks i.e. good days tend to increase after long abstinence and bad days become less frequent.
The only real superpower I can attest to, is that the additional time from nofap, on top of not watching things that disgusted me, coupled perhaps with some neurochemical changes, meditation, lifting and working harder, removed a veneer of passivity and allowed me to rediscover myself, my goals and my dreams. Given the importance of having a mission for TRP, NoFap can definitely help you in discovering what you mission should be, and something that every red pill aware man should do at least once in his life. After all, there are plenty of examples of successful men throughout history that exercised continence and abstained from all sexual pleasure before important events (battles, boxing matches etc.).
