I really find it difficult to ignore beauty of a girl. Often I willfully ignore red flags because she's just so beautiful. And I'm talking about young hot girls who look amazing even without makeup, not some wall approaching women. I'm fully aware of her flaws, but I still cannot resist. I've often told myself, before TRP even, women can be too good looking for their own good. This is exactly what I meant.

However, personal experience suggest that naturally beautiful women tend to be less bitter, which is soooo much nicer to be around, interact with and endure than someone who has that constant coming-of-age bitterness and poignant aura, (like 90 %'ish of women).
My guess is that naturally beautiful women postpones the development of such inner hate due to the fact that much is given freely to them in life, because of their looks. A history of no defeat does not induce resentfulness.
(I think the same is applicable for men as well. Maybe not the guess of 90-10 percent ratio.)

Somewhat related, something I found myself doing, years before reading TRP, was to just look at what I thought was a beautiful woman, and realize how plain she really was.
I mean, I used to be (still am TBH) the biggest bird-dog in the Tri-State area. I found myself driving around the block to have another look at some chick I saw on the sidewalk; I would purposely wander around the store, go down an aisle I didn't need to go down, just to look again (not infrequently seeing some chick from behind and then being shocked at how I misjudged). I had to ask, before I got in a car wreck from doing it, what the fuck am I looking for?
Even the most beautiful woman is just plain, completely not outstanding, with simply and quite literally, average features. (In fact, that is supported by many, many studies, where people are asked to judge images of supposedly beautiful people: the most beautiful are simply the most average.)
Just take a look at Natalie Portmann or Jennifer Connelly, for instance. Symmetrical features and signs of healthy hair and skin, that's what they have to offer. Nothing outstanding.
