This is the same story every time when t comes to open relationships. It’s always proposed by the female because she has one guy in mind that she wants a free pass to bang. She knows the husband will never go for it so frames it as an open relationship, assuming he won’t find anyone to hook up with as fast as her (since she already has her guy picked out)

I love watching it backfire. The best story was when that exact thing happened but the husband ended up falling in love with one of the ladies he was seeing and left the open relationship and gf at the time. Classic.
