I was always a pretty skinny guy to be honest. Just always was.

I worked out to keep fit in my late teens and got skinnier.

Then I decided to do some weights and then stopped most of last year and put on some pounds.

But this year, I have direction a workout plan, a diet and also I am seeing changes in my mood and most importantly my appearance.

Its very easy to slip into the lazy/fat/slob mode which is dangerous if you want to maintain an alpha male in my opinion.

I strongly recommend downloading iBodybuilding with a 10 minute cardio workout 3-5 times a week, with a high protein diet.
