I hate it. I've occasionally bummed a smoke off my roommate when I was really drunk, and I had to wash my hands and brush my teeth after.
That's why I like vaping, it breaks the urge, and gives the hand to mouth habit of smoking. I quit cold turkey for 6 months in the Army, and still constantly wanted a cigarette, and got one ASAP when I could. I've also quit cold turkey on my own for 4 months, and always wanted a cigarette, and had to constantly fight it.
Vaping. I know of 6 people personally, aside from me, that quit after 20+ years of smoking, when nothing else worked. I've also worked with a master's student, analyzing the liquid and vapor from ecigs(chemistry major). The stuff we found was minor, and in really small quantities.
The early tests are flawed, and used dry hits, and cheap ecigs for the test. That's why you hear about formaldehyde and other stuff in them.
Very true. I am very fair-skinned but I have long avoided too much sun. It probably subtracts a few years from my appearance. A Moscovitchka friend of mine says so, and she is brutally honest, and a doctor.
I use Sunblock 3000 for vampires when I have to be out in direct sunlight, etc.

Redhead here. I burn easily as well, got 2nd degree sunburn on my back swimming over a weekend when I was 14. I hike a lot, do 2000+ mile hikes where I'm outdoors 5 months sometimes. I wear a boonie hat, long sleeve shirt, and pants, always. Have a pair of sun gloves for my hands when needed.

Yeah it's legal where I live, I was a loser when I smoked every day. It just makes you so content with doing nothing with your life, I think it's fine in moderation though. I go to the dispensary like once a month and just buy a couple grams of the dankest shit they have on the shelf, take a couple hits once every week or two when I'm going to just chill and watch a movie or something.

Don't know about that. I smoked pot when I lived in WA, and I'm getting a Materials Chemistry & Polymers degree. Most of the dudes I know that are Physics, Engineering, and Math majors smoke too. Don't smoke now, moved to an illegal state to finish college. Not to mention, it's the only thing that ever helped, aside from long hikes and working out, all the pills the VA gave me over the years all had bad side effects and didn't work.
Also, have a man bun. It's pretty practical, though I generally wear my hair in one long braid. Short hair sucks, I haven't paid for a haircut since I came home from deployment in 2004. Short hair is a lot higher maintenance, you constantly need to cut it, use creams and such to make it not look like shit. I cut a couple inches off my hair about every 6 months, takes maybe 5 mins.

I'm actually 21 right now. I've learned and implemented all the mental aspects of game (Abundance mentality, not being invested,frame), working on others(like financial stability, getting ripped) but I feel like I'm at a point where I can't learn anymore just reading this sub/Seddit, and approaching the amount of girls I regularly approach. Got any advice for me that isn't keep lifting or approach more girls?
If you say that you've learned and implemented all of the mental aspects then yeah, the answer is "approach more girls" until you have the number and quality of plates that you want.
You should also think about other things you want to get accomplished: learning a new language, learning an instrument, starting a business, etc.
You're only as old as the woman you feel, which makes me 19, 21, 22, 23 or 25, depending on the day.
My health is quite good, although I miss my 16 year old back and my 19 y.o. body mass. I get regular check-ups and also regular dental visits - it's amazing how many things that can go wrong start in your mouth. Proper oral hygiene is essential. Floss, kids, floss.
I eat clean, fresh foods - no processed crap - stay away from the stuff I say on here to stay away from - cigs, drugs, too much booze and women my own age. When I drink, I usually drink red wine, which has some positive health effects, but I don't get drunk. I know that for a lot of young guys, only "too much" is enough. I like feeling good, and waking up where I am supposed to wake up.
I walk 5+ miles every day. Not some days, not most days, EVERY day. I walk rather than jog because my knees and ankles and I have reached an understanding, and it's for the best. I also swim because it's good exercise, and doesn't kill your joints. In the summer, I play in a co-rec beach volleyball league because, for no real reason, I am super good at volleyball and it puts me around young, fit women. I am something of a natural athlete, or I used to be, so maybe that's it. The kids on the team (we have some interns, who are <21) all think I'm 35, but that's because they cannot imagine a man in his late 40s (I turned 50 after the season ended) not being in a wheelchair. /lulz
I lift, but not for bulk, or to cut. I will never have a 6 pack, and I'm totally cool with that. I simply want to say as healthy and fit as possible. Also, when I wake up in the morning I know why I have the aches an pains that I do, and I'm not thinking, "Well....that never hurt before." That's a real thing by the way. The point is, you have to look after yourself. And for most of the guys on the board, NOW is the best time to start. Stay away from crap. Doritos? Chips? Cakes? Snack foods? No thank you. I like nuts just fine, fruits and veggies. Don't put shit into your body.

When I was 39 I started dating a 19 y/o, we had a 4.5 year run and are still awesome friends (with occasional benefits). I walked around with a young smokeshow on my arm for years, and I've said this many times:
Young women had no problem with it.
Young, put together men had no problem with it.
Young losers and women over 30 hated it.

Me too, I'm 26, finally starting to have some success in life and all the women around my age and slightly older that aren't married are starting to get desperate, it's a lot easier getting laid now vs when I was 22, but I don't want to LTR any of these women because I haven't met one I found particularly great yet and a month into dating them they are talking about how we should buy a house together and shit.. I generally only date women 20 years younger than me, so you can imagine what women in their late 30s and 40s think of me (plus they hate the girls). Vaping. I know of 6 people personally, aside from me, that quit after 20+ years of smoking, when nothing else worked. I've also worked with a master's student, analyzing the liquid and vapor from ecigs(chemistry major). The stuff we found was minor, and in really small quantities.
The early tests are flawed, and used dry hits, and cheap ecigs for the test. That's why you hear about formaldehyde and other stuff in them.

You're only as old as the woman you feel, which makes me 19, 21, 22, 23 or 25, depending on the day.
My health is quite good, although I miss my 16 year old back and my 19 y.o. body mass. I get regular check-ups and also regular dental visits - it's amazing how many things that can go wrong start in your mouth. Proper oral hygiene is essential. Floss, kids, floss.
I eat clean, fresh foods - no processed crap - stay away from the stuff I say on here to stay away from - cigs, drugs, too much booze and women my own age. When I drink, I usually drink red wine, which has some positive health effects, but I don't get drunk. I know that for a lot of young guys, only "too much" is enough. I like feeling good, and waking up where I am supposed to wake up.
I walk 5+ miles every day. Not some days, not most days, EVERY day. I walk rather than jog because my knees and ankles and I have reached an understanding, and it's for the best. I also swim because it's good exercise, and doesn't kill your joints. In the summer, I play in a co-rec beach volleyball league because, for no real reason, I am super good at volleyball and it puts me around young, fit women. I am something of a natural athlete, or I used to be, so maybe that's it. The kids on the team (we have some interns, who are <21) all think I'm 35, but that's because they cannot imagine a man in his late 40s (I turned 50 after the season ended) not being in a wheelchair. /lulz
I lift, but not for bulk, or to cut. I will never have a 6 pack, and I'm totally cool with that. I simply want to say as healthy and fit as possible. Also, when I wake up in the morning I know why I have the aches an pains that I do, and I'm not thinking, "Well....that never hurt before." That's a real thing by the way. Shit hurts that you never injured, and the injuries stay longer and nag a bit more. It totally blows, and not in the fun way, like with a lady. I also stretch, do some Ashtanga yoga and get a massage 2x a month. I should probably do more stuff, but I'm kind of lazy. I'm lucky in that no signs of arthritis thus far.
The point is, you have to look after yourself. And for most of the guys on the board, NOW is the best time to start. Stay away from crap. Doritos? Chips? Cakes? Snack foods? No thank you. I like nuts just fine, fruits and veggies. Don't put shit into your body.
