Most "restaurant food" is either pre cooked and/or frozen. Not only is it cheaper to cook your own food, you could spend a little more for quality ingredients, without breaking the bank and make much better tasting food. Every man should know how to cook and clean for themselves.

Back in the day, when I was a kid (maybe my family was poor or something, I don't know, probably) we only went to restaurants on special occasions - birthdays, family coming to visit etc. Now it's like, people wanna eat out 7 days a week.

I like good food though which often comes at a price, but I'm talking about top quality and rare delicacies. Women often manage to pay premium for ordinary food somehow, not sure how they do it.

What I've noticed is women LOVE to get their taste buds tickled at every opportunity, price be damned! Everything that touches their royal palettes must be chopped, minced, glazed, seasoned, sauteed, and roasted to perfection. Just another giant pain in the ass that's not my problem anymore.

These days I spend a lot of money on eating good quality food. No expense spared, high quality every time because I believe it makes a difference.

But it's still nothing compared to when I had a LTR.

Haha, the last time I went out with a girl I realized on the drive home that I paid $40 for a chicken parm sandwich. The taxes, the tipping, paying $14 for a $4 plate of over-salted food....

A typical chinese buffet is around $10 here so this image isn't far off. If I eat out this is typically about the only thing I eat on my own because it's so damn good and I can pick the high protein items and avoid a lot of pasta/bread. On days I lift, I eat chinese food, buffet or take out. Good shit. Never get sick of it.
