Do what you can. The mantra here is I can handle this.

When it comes to training ourselves to be better than we were yesterday we’re not trying to compare ourselves to anyone else. This would serve us backwards, by focusing on what we can do we’ve got a strategy or a goal in mind. And at times we might not know how we’re going to get there but we can remind ourselves we know where we are going and who is going with us on the journey.

That’s my introduction to the main topic I want to focus on which is doing what you can. If you stop trying to impress people for one day, or one hour, indeed every minute of each day is not ideal for us to start but that’s not my point. No people pleasing. Sounds simple, right? Let your yay be yay and no mean no. But I might can go into detail as to what I’m saying.

I want everyone to do what they can, if you did just that you would have no trouble with women. Because AWALT means AWALT means AWALT.

You can’t bench press 225 yet? Do what you can.

You haven’t paid off your debt or student loans? Do what you can.

You haven’t studied for the test this weekend because you wanted to stay up all night with your friends.... you can still do something.

These little steps will take you further than you ever dreamed because they plant seeds of confidence, joy and excitement to your life.

I’ve been approached by many women when I think I’ll never get a date with her she is too pretty. We don’t even know our favorite colors. How is she suppose to relate to my stress and crazy sad shit!?

Guys you just do what you can. You will be surprised by how much you can actually do. Eventually you will do a little more and a little more until you no longer have to push yourself to the gym or to approach that chicc at the bar. It will just become your 6th sense telling you if I don’t do this, someone else will and I’m the man to do it.
