Some takeaway points:

Even before entering the workforce, men are more likely desire jobs with more hours and demanding work because they see creating wealth as a challenge.

Women are more likely to take desire stressful jobs, with more flexibility and potentially shorter hours.

They also mention men choose majors like business and economics, while women are choosing humanities. This is nothing new to us but now it's been codified a little.

It takes the article a while to consider that there are maybe some inherent biological differences as opposed to "women are kept down," so it's not as if it's a bastion of TRP.

But it's the first article I've seen in a while that actually treats the male and female attitudes toward work differently when comparing their wages.
