Why do Western countries seem to have a bigger issue with gender then Asian ones ?

Part of it has to do with the lower standard of living / wealth in Asian countries. Only in the west where there is currently an abundance of resources can we afford to entertain such stupid ideas. Most people living in Asia are to busy trying to survive / get ahead in life through hard work.

Being wrong is a luxury. In harsher conditions, being wrong leads to death.

Asian countries have had an incredibly rough history, even up until recently, compared to the west which has been relatively fine dining for the past several centuries.

Asian countries have never needed 'feminism' to 'let women work' because women have always been able to work, always needed to work. The dire situations that Asian countries have gone through demanded all hands on deck, in both labor and war. Only in the deluded mind of a spoiled brat could hard labor appear to be more privileged to staying in the safety of your home and having everything paid for.

On top of that, whatever left of the feminist movement is now used as a front for Marxism and is inducing even more harm and stupidity on the population.

TLDR; Western countries became spoiled with riches, and lost sight of reality.

Problem in the west is that there are a lot of cultural expectations of men, that don't have a female equivalent. For instance, what is the female equivalent of chivalry?

As a result woman in workplace are treated with kid-gloves and have betas and chads falling over each other to help them. So they never develop the toughness and decision making skills to become good leaders.

I think in most Asian cultures, women aren't put on a pedestal. So they actually have to compete on a more or less equal footing.

When you say Asian, do you mean the Islamic Asian or the Oriental Asian?

Because beyond Oriental Asians, there's a difference between the Japanese and, say, the Thais.

They both seem to be very herd-like and going against the grain seems to be looked down upon.
