For the record, im not trying to fear monger or scare anybody I just thought this was interesting as I have been potentially considering a vasectomy for a while now.

Vasectomy DHT (linked to MBP) levels + Prostate Cancer Risk http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7500459

Autoimmune Response in more then 50% of men http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7283529

All I am saying is that their maybe long term risks associated with Vasectomies that science and the medical establishment have yet to discover or aggregate yet.

So what is the ultimate low risk form of birth control?

At this point, it looks to me like their are 2 possible choices 1) Abstinence, at least while in Western/First World nations with the legay system stacked versus men. 2) Vasalgel, still going through trials, health risks unknown, still looks less risky and more easily reversible then a Vasectomy.

I suffer from Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks the thyroid.

I think any autoimmmune response is serious and I don't think enough research has been done into the possible negative health consequences of Vasectomies.

Humans have a tendency to act like our knowledge is infinite and omnipotent, in reality our knowledge is sorely lacking, especially with regards to the workings of the human body.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I figured at least some MGTOW's must be considering vasectomies so I thought I would get your opinions and have this weighed in.
