I hear that despite having audio evidence they are still gunning for him. Imagine if he had nothing?

I may seem like a paranoid idiot, but I say to record interactions whenever possible.

Sure, you'll probably never need it and just have some video to beat off to when you are 80. But that one time you need an unbiased witness, it will save your life.

This was in Australia. I've been watching it a lot lately and it's sickening how everyone is gunning for the guy. I mean, he's pretty whacked in the head, but this chick was whacked as well. She was constantly hitting him and attacking him (but hey, she was pretty hot).

This guy would be fucked, hands down, if he hadn't had the sense to record their interactions. But he's even getting flack for that - "what a creep! Why was he recording her?!".

Assault by fear. Also felony murder rule. This has been our basic law since we had Anglo Saxon law. This goes for men, women, anyone.

In it, a man is charged for murdering a tinder slut because she threw herself off his balcony.

It's clear from reading about this case that she started to go mental, he locked her onto his balcony in an act of self preservation until she calmed down, and she had the stupid idea to try to climb down.

I've been in situations with women where they have acted similarly, they get into a state of hysterical physical abusiveness. Deeply irrational, can't be calmed down, can't be reasoned with, and will just keep trying to fight you and hurt you and themselves.

In this situation, HE is held responsible for her physical safety, but she is not.

But I doubt they'll make murder stick - they won't be able to show any intent to harm.

a woman can accuse a man of being an aggressor if she "feels she is in a place of fear". Basically, a woman can assault you, but as soon as you scare her wittle feelings, you are the aggressor and held responsible for the problem.

The primary aggressor / Duluth model has been debunked as wrong by the woman who designed it. It was entirely designed from the point of view that men are always violent abusers and women always the innocent victims. While it has been debunked, its effects are still enshrined in the law and in the hearts of the white knights who enforce it.
