I heard once that the reason why the Disney movies are a bad thing is because they give expectation to little girls, which is that a good looking rich guy ( aka the Prince Charming who’s among the 0.1%! Of the male population) can fall in love with them.

But as long as I noticed, the Disney princesses were also the 0,1% of the female population plus of being royalty themselves. So the princes weren’t out of their league, it’s similar to a chad falling in love with a Stacy, and then marrying her.

The RP, and many other subs preach how true love is just a Disney phantasy, but is it also the case for the good looking neurotypical people?

Is it delusional for a Stacy to expect a chad to fall in love with her, marry her, and treat her amazingly well, plus of being faithful and to have a happy ending like in the Disney movies?

Ps: there’s also something funny that I noticed, in the Disney movies most of the princesses were not only extremely attractive but the only ones that didn’t fit the same stereotype as them, like Merida ( she’s a chubby ginger with wild curls ) and Moana ( she’s a chubby ethnic) and Elsa ( her uncontrollable powers made her socially anxious (mentalcel) and her white hair gives her some albinism vibes which is not attractive for many peoples, so she’s not a blonde), share the same ending which is being SINGLE, and they have no love interest! So I personally don’t know where Is Disney giving high expectation to little girls cause it seems that the only way to have a happy love story for them is to be thin, with an angel skull, and a pretty face, ( you sometimes even have to be a royalty) lmao
