Done it before. Never talked to each other and had no problems bringing girls over. She never brought guys over either. Place was kept clean and rent was paid. Everything was smooth

If you have never done it then do it. Better if she's hot. There'll be lots of drama, craziness and all kinds of shit. Especially if you end up fuckin her. Just remember though that it has an end date. Also don't get fucked over financially so make sure you have a way to verify your side of rent is being paid to the relevant landlord.

Enjoy the experience. It'll have its ups and downs. Most people do say it's mostly negative but for some people especially ones that are low in smv and what nots it's a big learning opportunity
