Men are useless until something that is not completely basic and trivial needs to be done.

Honey the car wont start, this cupboard is broken, build me a bookcase, change this lightbulb.

Women think men are not great at housework because women obsess about a clean house. They will vacuum the floor once a fucking week. It does not need to be done - it is an obsession with cleanliness. Men do not do it because they look at it and do not think it needs doing yet. When men live on their own they do all the housework easily - anyone can do it. They just do not obsess over it.

So because of this difference women think men are lazy or useless. Even though if you listed the tasks the man can perform and the tasks the women can perform it will be the women who will come out looking useless.

Obviously there are exceptions in both cases - but I am speaking on average..
