This is a great counter arguement everytime someone here posts men kill etc. I am suprsised I never thought about it! The number of women who save mens lives at risk to their own lives (e,g, firefghters, moutain rescue, milatry, every day hero) is almost negligble compared to men

I saw one of the comments in a youtube video posted by a firefighter in Australia. Firefighting is a privileged job that holds a lot of respect. So...you're bound to see women coming in hard for that job...even though the risks are high... He had said that for "equality" purposes,the exam and the other criteria were reduced to make it easier for women. For example,the physical criteria which is so important for a firefighter was reduced,the safety of the people in danger is put at risk just so that women can get into the job much easier. And for things not to get so heated up...these things weren't made exclusive for women..in that case...people would be more aware that women are getting opportunities to become a firefighter easily and many would apply for it and there would be protests regarding the safety of the people in danger being put at risk. So they just changed the general rules and the criteria for firefighters....which resulted even in unqualified men applying for these posts.. In the end...we can learn that the organization or the government doesn't care about the important things but only about equality..
