Not only that, 2 employees will have same salary if they have:

  1. Same work experience in same field

  2. Total work experience which includes all fields

  3. Same department

  4. Same designation

  5. Same number of years working in that company and under same department

  6. Same number of working hours

  7. Same overtime

  8. Same qualification

  9. Same skills

It is unlikely that 2 employees can ever have all these factors same.

There are 2 bluetooth headphones one is $15 the other is $30. All the same specs and everything. The $30 has better reviews saying it works longer(battery), and lasts longer (durability).

Just say for sake of analogy it's a monthly expense.

Let me rephrase it. You are a content creator, when someone buys the headphones you are wearing you make money off of it.

So in other words companies hire both men and women, because there are both pros, and cons, but it depends on the type of company it is.

Btw I'm not saying the pay gap is real. It's just a hypothetical situation.

sure! i actually do appreciate you asking for a reason before just going off. where are you getting these statistics? are these actually proven or just opinion? because when evaluating the wage gap, they didnt just go off comparing workers at different levels. we’re talking comparing people who have the same job and the same experience, and it was found that (as im sure you heard before) men got $1ish for every womans 79 cents

These are studies found, you can msg me and I will send you these studies if you want man, and also this graphic also represents men and women in the same job, as men are more likely to do overtime, and less likely to take leaves than women in the same job
