Girls take the lead - Netflix

Have any of you seen the “Girls take the lead” category in Netflix?

Of course there is no equivalent for boys, they have enough of an advantage anyway !

The embedded misandry in this system of ours infuriates me!

Truly it is the exemplar, the epitome, of what is wrong with the entertainment industry, as all of those films and shows are either reboots with women replacing the old male cast or blatant rip offs they couldn't get the licence for. Additionally they are universally poorly made, lack any plot and all the characters a vapid, humourless, Mary Sue caricatures. This trend needs to die.

Basically the only plot in many of those films is women doing things that men usually do. Thats it.

We really don’t need that tag it’s kinda dumb but isn’t there an LGBT+ tag too?

Because men are better at most action categories.

And anyway, nowadays women are the leads in most movies and they usually suck.

That's why I love "Kingsman: The Secret Service", it's the perfect movie. The lead of the movie, 'Eggsy' fails to get into the Kingsman due to compassion, whereas 'Roxy' gets into the Kingsman. But Eggsy is definitely the better agent, as proven later on. Just because he didn't get into the secret service doesn't mean he isn't a bad agent. The secret message.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
