Damn racism and its *shuffles cards * causing stds to skyrocket in LA

The stigma comes fro hiv being thought of as a criminal issue when it’s actually a health issue. Because of medical advancements, it’s possible for a sufferer to regularly have sex with negligible risk of transmission, but we still think that hiv is this incredibly dangerous std because it is a felony across most of the country. There’s literally no reason knowingly transmitting hiv should be a felony when other stds are misdemeanours.

I don’t know why you think hiv being a misdemeanour would risk other people’s lives. You know that misdemeanours carry prison time right? You know people aren’t willing to go to prison just cause they wanted to fuck without a condom right?

The law wasn’t passed to protect feelings, it was passed to make people more willing to get tested because they weren’t as afraid of hiv. Having a bunch of people running around having sex without knowin they have aids is much more dangerous.

You seem to have strong feelings about people with hiv that I think are affecting your opinions. You’ve kinda become what you hate, but all anti feminists are like that.
