What is the meaning? That "antifeminists" really do just hate women and think of them as meaningless members of society and that's why they hate feminism? What else could possibly be the "meaning" of referencing a tired old sexist joke against any and all women no matter who they are or what they believe?

I couldn’t agree more. The point is already vague and poorly expressed, even leaving aside any gender issue. And the reaction does seem rather...13-year-old-ish . And that would make sense, actually, because any grown adult person would be so down to get a free dishwasher if they didn’t have one.
