She was mad her husband didn't praise her for making dinner. Yet she never said thanks for him working all day to provide for her.

She kinda just seems like a lazy entitled brat who didn't realize they both had to work to provide for the family and so when she lost interest in house keeping she just didn't do it anymore.

Exactly. No sense of responsibility to him and their family. All about entitlement.

Based on my observation (not experience) this is at least in part, caused by a combination of things...

First off, I do not believe women and men should ever be compared side-by-side. I'm female, not male. I am meant for certain things, or rather, equipped to do certain things that a man cannot, and vice versa. The fetishism of women-as-men that's come about as a result of third wave feminism is atrocious...which of course goes without saying.

I think women who stay at home, and then compare their hardships to men who work outside the home...I think that's from a number of things

They don't understand what the men do all day

They don't understand their role in the relationship - I'm a firm believer in gender roles, which is NOT the same thing as saying women are subservient to men.

They spend too much time with their own thoughts and neglect the importance of having a life outside of kids.

The argument I've often heard to this is, "well a sitter is expensive" or "I don't have family nearby who can watch the kids while I go out."

Okay, fair enough. But that's the result of a couple of things as I see it...you either did not do a thorough analysis of your finances prior to having children, or didn't understand the impact of having children on said finances.

Of course there are exceptions, of course this is a very general conclusion, but I think it still applies in most cases. I'm not an expert. My thoughts are simply based on what I've seen, and what I've heard from my friends who are married with children.

Hey CommonMisspellingBot, just a quick heads up:
Your spelling hints are really shitty because they're all essentially "remember the fucking spelling of the fucking word".

You're useless.

Have a nice day!

Save your breath, I'm a bot.

Hey BooCMB, just a quick heads up: I learnt quite a lot from the bot. Though it's mnemonics are useless, and 'one lot' is it's most useful one, it's just here to help. This is like screaming at someone for trying to rescue kittens, because they annoyed you while doing that. (But really CMB get some quiality mnemonics)

I do agree with your idea of holding reddit for hostage by spambots though, while it might be a bit ineffective.

Have a nice day!
