I haven't fully quit. I say clean but that's an overstatement but when you compare it to my past usage, it's a significant improvement.

I quit because it was generally fucking me up. The NoFap subreddit is what initially got me going but I've moved on from that community due to the utter bullshit and broscience they post. When I jack off, I get really tired and I can't concentrate at all. With exams coming up, I can't afford to sustain this mental state.

Additionally, when I'm free of porn, I'm generally more content with myself and my self-confidence increases knowing I'm tackling through a difficult process.

No one can make you stop but yourself. You need to understand that porn is nothing but a toxicity to your life that's hindering your potential capabilities. You need to figure it for yourself or you'll never stop.

The way I look at it is progressive. A slow descent into perversion.

Cuck here, I was cheated on by a girl 9 days into our relationship with my best friend from middle school back in my BP days, she took his, then took my virginity the next day. I can relate to this. I was in a relationship a while back where I was unsure if my girlfriend was cheating. There were occasional red flags but nothing exact. Never a smoking gun. Only hints. Eh I could have lost it to a decently good looking chick my senior year of highschool who basically threw herself at me but I rejected because 1) I was too nervous, 2) she had a 40n count by 18 and fucked multiple teachers in the school, she was raped and openly told me within a few minutes of meeting her, and 3) she had rumors about her that she had STD’s so yeah I noped the fuck outta there. I was also heavily BP. It’s getting better. Being 5’4 doesn’t help but I’m maxing out my other traits as best as I can. So far the only interest I get is fatties and that’s a huge no for me. It’ll happen. I’d rather not pay for something guys can get for free.
