Yep. They successfully made people think that feminism has the monopoly on equality and women's rights.

When in reality it doesn’t. I consider myself an egalitarian but not a feminist.

Of course women deserve rights. Who the fuck is opposed to that? I mean, other than Africa and the Middle East, that is.

Other than Africa? You Americans are so blatantly ignorant

Africa is horrible when it comes to women’s right. Prove me wrong.

One foolish mistake you make is thinking that Africa has some central ethos.

It is a very divergent continent with diverse difference in culture across many countries.

I bet you can't even name 5 African countries off the top of your head, yet you feel you are educated enough on Africa to make such sweeping generalizations.

Exactly. After reading George Orwell and Machiavelli, my view on people changed. A lot of people's identity is just sculpted by what they've been taught by their society. They're cognitively dissonant to reaching out of that box.

All they see of Africa is charity adverts of skinny children batting flies out of their eyes, or safaris. They feel slavery was a service to the African diaspora, and in fact, was a means of civilisation. It's ironic really.

Maybe we should rebrand as pro womens responsibility. As in i am so excited for women to finally take responsibility for their votes and fix the west through their own sacrifice and backbreaking labor :)

What do you mean by fix the west?

The problem is that many women make decisions based on emotion and empathy.

You cannot run a country or economy with those sort of decisions. Rationality and logic win out over emotional based decisions for large scale and long term decisions.

One could argue that having emotion and empathy is exactly what makes a great leader. Most women, just like most men, can put their emotion or empathy aside when it is necessary. In America we have always had male leaders and our country has gone through countless wars, has millions living in poverty, and is trillions of dollars in debt :) We also have a president who acts like a child and runs our country seemingly entirely on emotion. I was wondering though, what information do you have that proves that it is impossible to run a country based off of emotion and empathy?

Making decisions based on emotions and empathy is a terrible trait for a leader. These sort of decisions work okay in a family setting as you only care about your immediate loved ones.

But on a large scale leadership needs to be based on logic, reason and what is best for the long term survival and advantage of the majority of your people. Emotional decisions are often against logic and reason.

In history Queens actually are at least as likely if not more to go to war than Kings.

I definitely agree the leaders needs to be intelligent, cool, calm and collected and understand diplomacy. These are things that women are not good at generally (some exceptions). They tend to be reactive instead of introspective and let emotions rule their decisions and what they say.

Commented about this before. I saw a post that was just blatant sexism and it made me hurt. It makes us not any better than the feminazis.

It was a few months ago. No way I’ll be able to go back and find it.
