That isn’t fair. How do you feel about it? Feminism isn’t Inclusive nor is it welcoming to both genders.

very typical of them. although I can't say I approve of your confederate flag picture as your profile pic.

the confederacy committed treason.

They committed treason same way 13 colonies committed treason to Brittain

An important difference between the 13 American colonies declaring their independence from the British Empire in 1776 and the Confederate states declaring their independence from the United States of America in 1861 is that the former involved colonies declaring their independence from an imperial government while the latter involved a group of states declaring their independence from a federal republican government.

The 13 colonies did not have any representation in the British parliament, and as a result, they did not have a say in the policies that the British put in place in the American colonies. When the British imposed taxes or placed limits on the western expansion of colonial settlement, the colonials had no democratic representatives to argue on behalf of their interests in the British parliament, nor could they expect to be given that right when the American declaration of independence was being drafted.

The southern states had been part of a federal republic in which they did have democratic representation in their country's legislative chambers. The southern states had represented a powerful political force as a region since the founding of the U.S.A., but the general election of 1860 showed that a political party with almost no support outside of the northern and western states could still win the Presidency and a majority of the legislative seats in both houses of Congress. The south seceded anyway and betrayed a constitution they agreed to abide by.

That is the difference. This is the literal definition of "no taxation without representation". Learn your own history bud. Furthermore, the confederacy lost - this means you are supporting a failed government that is literally the enemy of your nation.

Se saattaa olla totta, mutta alkuperäinen suunnitelma olikin kuinka kauan kestää saada bannit feministisestä subredditistä.

Is that finnish?

I could be confusing it with female dating strategy but I think they don’t allow men to join their discussions. Regardless, it’s sad to see a movement that claims to fight sexism blatantly use sexism and expecting them to take them seriously.

I used to be annoyed when I see people promote that sub, but now I'm wondering if they aren't an asset.

Groups such as MGTOW, IMO kind of push people into feminism "see! Scary dudes who would hurt you. You NEED feminism to protect you from incel/mra/mgtow" and I wonder if PPF will do the same.

[–]Amazing_Rope_Police1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Honestly, MGTOW is pretty passive. There are some dumbasses there (like everywhere on the internet), but it's overall just a group of (rightfully) pessimistic men.

Meanwhile shit like gendercritical or ppf are just plain hategroups.

I used to visit braincels to give people advice, and I can tell you, there was less toxicity there than in the average gendercritical, ppf, or femake dating strategy post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
