I am actually, I've never heard about feminism before, but once I did, I thought "that's weird, its 2019? When do these people think it is?" And once I went on YouTube to search about them, boy oh boy, I hated it so much that I think they're satan incarnate. They aren't feminists they're anti-men.

Middle east, Saudi Arabia. But I've been around, I've been to the UK and lived there for a year. I've learned English by myself on the internet and such. So I know what's going on, but feminism is a whole new thing to me, I've heard about them for the first time about 3 months now.

Feminism in essence is a good thing, but as everything else its followers are fucking it up. Women in Saudi don't have these problems that you guys do, and they're not as bitter or hateful against men as western feminists are. We fucked up in the past 30 years with this religious martial law if you will, but MBS is changing things, A LOT, for the better. Women are way better off now, not because of feminism or feminist movements, but because we realized that what we're doing was fucked up and oppressive to some extent. And the goddamn feminists just stole all the credit because western media said so.

Man spreading, mansplaining, the non existent "wage gap", how men are all rapists, how they've broadened the definition of rape to the point when it's considered rape to look at a woman. How? I asked them a genuine question on how they, as a movement, are fighting against the extremists who are slandering their reputation and views.

I asked a serious question that wasn't loaded or had hidden motives as you make it seem to be, and even tagged it as serious, only to be banned for no obvious reason, and when I contacted the moderators I got muted too!

You also seem to be way more interested in bashing feminism than seeking legitimate answers to a good faith question, but I guess that's subjective.

To answer your original question, feminists mostly feel the same responsibility to peers with offensive ideas that any member of a group should. If someone ever told me they wanted to enslave all men I would say "hey that kind of talk is unhelpful and unwelcome," just like I would expect men to shut down other men who make light of sexual assault. I've never personally heard any women talking about enslaving men, though.

I've made my point honey, I'm not interested in continuing this back and forth. My point was that I got banned for asking a genuine question, a question that should've been answered to clear up any misconceptions I've had about feminism or its goals, getting banned and muted showed me that what I feared most was actually true. And I'm sure there are women fighting against the extremism of the 3rd wave feminists, but until they get to the point where they'd speak for feminism as they should, and denounce those crazies with their absurd claims and accusations of men, all that crap about the hierarchy or patriarchy or whatever. Well 1) lol duh that was the point I was making. OP posted about how silly it was that they were banned, and then when I tried to offer a suggestion as to why they got upset, said I shouldn't be here. So OP seems to have a double standard.

2) I would never make a baiting post in a subreddit I clearly disagree with unless I expected to be banned, and it would be silly to complain about it. For instance, if I were banned for my comments here I'd be like, "hmm makes sense" and move on with my day.
