I was thinking about something a bit trivial, but that illustrates the point.

Women have the choice between wearing pants or skirts. Men can only wear pants. Looking at it this way, you'd conclude that women are not worse off than men, right?

Yet, women will complain about men taking 'upskirt' pictures. Obviously, no one takes 'upskirt' pictures of men, given that they don't wear skirts. And a woman who does not want anyone to take upskirt pictures could just revert to doing what men do, which is not to wear skirts.

How can women possibly complain about something that is the direct result of a right they have, that men do not have?
