Katie Bouman has already received more praise then she deserved on her own. Almost the entire internet has seen her name and her face, while same can't be said about the rest of the team.

On the other hand, Elon Musk is the CEO and founder of Space X and owner of Tesla Motors, so without his enterpreneurship and initiative, we would have what he has achieved.

He was CEO and he made all the plans, he was able to get past all the patents and built the first stable running electric car with a team, but the plans were his and his design. HE also got the companies running on his own without much or any help.

She was part of a team that wrote a code. She wasn't even the team leader feminism just bulked her up and made it so she was the face.

Second she didn't invent the code, the code existed just not put together in that way she helped to figure out and build it
