The title is clickbait. The mid had a condition that ended up killing him while in the mom's care.

The father then sent death treats to the judges, wich is illegal and uirc a felony. This is why he was locked up. Not for CrITicIZinG the judge. For treating to kill him/her

Right i looked into it and here are a few key points:

•his son had a brain condition which required special care (which clearly the mother didn't meet)

•previously he had filed a case against her for custody of the child as he testified she had a history of drug abuse.

•his "death threat" was him posting a picture of himself holding a shovel that had the judge's initials on to facebook. (This landed him in court)

•he pleaded that it was not in fact a death threat but him insinuating that he was going to dig up the "truth" in the court system.

•he was later given a fine of $500000 for breaking his no-contact order by posting messages about his son and the court system. He couldnt pay this so he was landed in jail for the next 2 months.

•after continuously pleeing not guilty, insisting the image was not to threaten the judge but to warn people. He was found not guilty.

Women always say they are oppressed for being women and men aren't. What about this? How do you explain this? Women get child custody most of the time just for being a women. Teachers give higher markings for girls than boys just for being girls. Men get higher prison sentences just for being a man. Yet they won't talk about this because it doesn't fit their narrative and it's absolute bs

I mean if your son died in the hands of your ex significant other, you would be pretty mad too especially if the judge gave custody to that ex significant other. No I am not defending death threats, but I can understand why he did what he did

Theres more to it. The boy had a condition yea he died with mom and thats terrible. But the guy went to jail because he was sending death threats to the judge.

Apparently the condition needed specific care, which the mother didn't provide. Also apparently the "death threats" were a shovel with the judge's initials on them, and the father claimed it was meant as a warning that he'd dig up the truth about the legal system. This is just according to another comment thread, though, so I could be wrong.

The point of this subreddit is to make people aware about the scams being run in the name of feminism,love and marriage. The precautions that need to be taken. For eg. Many countries are now considering about making law regarding marital rape, not saying that there is anything wrong with it, but the misuse of this law will bring men community on its knees.
