BROKEN HOMES | How President Johnson’s War on Poverty Birthed the MGTOW Movement thevalentineyear July 15, 2020 35 upvotes /r/MGTOW https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMt2ejvqyuk In 1964, then-President Lyndon B. Johnson initiated a well-crafted but upside-down understanding of life that was peddled throughout the Black community. This false doctrine—namely, that men are not needed in the home—was pushed by the Johnson Administration and set in motion a tidal wave of divorces and broken homes that persists today. This particular “war on poverty” can be more accurately labeled a “war on men.” Today, the expansive idea that men are expendable in society and women should be in charge has not only changed the work-world landscape: it has obliterated the home lives of all races enveloped by this ideology. https://preview.redd.it/rmqynpzbnxa51.jpg?width=878&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=74f0591261bb73f7eb7e52fbd10920d00ec6e602
