To me, frame is like this:

Foundational Truth is the material you build your frame out of. If it is truth that collapses under the weight of heavy scrutiny your frame will be weak. The material is the #1 thing a newcomer needs to develope. Everything else is secondary at best. Without fundamental truth at the core . . . Well I think the play Hamilton says it very well - "If you don't stand for anything Burr, what will you fall for?"

Your boundaries, and by proxy your enforcement of those boundaries are the defenses of your frame. If you cannot stand up for yourself (whether physically, or mentally) your frame will be perceived as weak - or easily dominatable. In effect, your foundational truth may be concrete, but if you cannot outsmart or outstrength your opponent it will only get you so far. So get smart and get strong.

The honey trap of your frame, the thing that attracts people into it, is your mission and general disposition. Like they said in the podcast you can have a rock solid frame, but if the interior is exclusively cold and clinical you won't be able to attract all types of people - thus limiting your 'influence potential'.

Having a strong frame does wonders. Interacting with women comes easier and even the men respect you more.
