I think my parents were a prime example of "Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks". Would you agree?

Hey, so i'm familiar with the term "Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks" and i noticed that my family was similar to the structure of that situation. I will elaborate about my childhood below. So this may be long.

So, growing up, my mom was what you'd call a "wild child" in her teenage years. She had multiple boyfriends, even tried running off with them at one point. And as a 16 year old, she dated a man that was about 10 years older then her. But, her older boyfriend had gone to prison. He was a real piece of work, spending his life in and out of jails for theft and assault, didn't even finish high school. And after a couple years, she hooked up with my father and had me. Yeah, dad told me it was his first time, he met my mom the same day it happened. My dad was kind of a nerd. Straight A college boy with a good job.

Growing up, i always felt my parents were an odd couple. They never showed any affection to each other. She never hugged or kissed him or anything. There was practically no physical contact between the 2. He bought her cars, clothes and even a house. But she never wanted to move in together. They were like strangers. Mom only spent time with me and my sister. Her and dad never went on dates or anything.

In fact, i don't think they were ever "intimate" together. I mean, i practically slept in the same bed as them up until i was about 5 or 6. Except when dad practically would force me to spend a night with Grandma. I mean, she did get pregnant with my sister when i was about 5, so they had to.

But really, i just feel she didn't love him.

Anyway, after a few years, when i was about 11, her older boyfriend came back. She never gave my dad so much as a Dear John letter. He just showed up one day and she started seeing her older boyfriend again. She split up from dad and he was forced to pay her child support. He always complained about all the money he spent on her. That was the only time i ever saw her talk to him was to ask for money or to buy cigarettes for her or anything

But, with this older guy, mom was completely different. She always was with him. They were much more physically affectionate, i could tell she cared more about him. She took the time to see him. She even had 2 kids with him, only a year apart.

I mean, this guy was verbally abusive, accussed her of cheating for anything, but she kept going back.

I mean, she gave up my educated dad with a stable, rising career for an unemployed convict with not so much as a high school diploma.

So, that is my childhood and my parents. I think that my family could be a good example for Alpha Fucks, Beta Bucks. What do you think?

Correct. Be good son for your Father.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 16 points17 points  (7 children) | Copy

How so? And how could into fall into the same trap?

[–]Barkingtaco36 points37 points  (2 children) | Copy

No! You are aware of the paradigm, unless you let yourself fall into the "trap" Be alpha, remember: 1. Lift. 2. AWALT 3. It’s your turn 4. Nobody cares 5. Take ownership for your life.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yeah, I've learned to wrap it up with some night stands. As well.

Because he was stuck with a kid after a ONS. A kid with a woman that didn't care for him.

[–]Abnull2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

1 to 4 are solid advice. But only 5 makes you Alpha.

[–]1tysonfury7 points8 points  (3 children) | Copy

Don't you really know how to be good son? Come on! Care about him, treat him with respect, talk to him, have a good relationship with him. Show him that you care about him.

You don't have to fall into the same trap because you know the redpill. You have knowledge about women which your Father didn't have. If you read side bar and lurk into this sub regulary, you should be good.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy

I hope so. But my father didn't intend to be a beta bucks. He was young and had a one night stand with a woman. She got pregnant and had me ans he was stuck.

[–]1tysonfury5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy

He didn't have to buy her car or house. He was beta bucks all the time, he have never understood that she really doesn't care about him. You know how the life goes on.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Funnily enough, he bought me tons of things as a kid too. Maybe that was just how he showed love

[–]lbrownlbandit6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy

Correction. Be a good father to your father.

[–]bobbyg06103 points104 points  (6 children) | Copy

you might find that that ex-convict is your real father...

[–]hammerfan12[S] 40 points41 points  (2 children) | Copy

No, he went to prison in 95. I was born in 98

You said he had a good job. Get him to workout.

[–]MGTOWMODSSUCK54 points55 points  (5 children) | Copy

I agree with the guy who said look out for your father. Sounds like he needs loyalty right now

[–]hammerfan12[S] 24 points25 points  (4 children) | Copy

He's never had a girlfriend since. Mom was his first gf and his last.

Meanwhile mom has dated her convict, and about 3 other guys since then

[–][deleted] 27 points28 points  (3 children) | Copy

Your father is naive. Imo. But he is also a good man, and he deserves, and needs, your loyalty right now.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 3 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy

Well, he was pretty young and inexperienced when he had me.

[–]InstigatingDrunk7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

like other's have said, get him a copy of the rationale male and encourage him to go lift with you. it will be go good bonding time for the both of you. This is ADVICE. You can choose to follow it or ignore it.

[–]sixseven8913 points14 points  (12 children) | Copy

Its time for you to get out of the anger phase

[–]SolarTortality1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Lol the anger phase is perhaps more beta than being bluepilled

[–]SidewaysCircle 1 points [recovered]  (10 children) | Copy

I'm mad at the son for being a pussy

[–]sixseven8911 points12 points  (8 children) | Copy

It's REALLY time for you to get out of the anger phase.

[–]SidewaysCircle 1 points [recovered]  (7 children) | Copy

What are you talking about? I can't get mad over a situation? I do not follow stoicism, I am not a stone. I do not get mad at what women do because they are all replaceable, none of them are important. But reading a story like this where the father is such a bitch and still lives with his parents even though he bought this whore a house and the son not even sounding like he cares pisses me off. His father is 1000x a better role model than his mom and he needs to take his side and cut his mother out of his life. It will make the world literally better because of what OP and his dad could accomplish.

Otherwise he could just ditch his dad and elt his dad get obese and the commit suicide. That'll be the day when OP will have a huge realization but by then it'll be too late.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (5 children) | Copy

As role models, they both suck. They both are shining examples of what not to do.

but why would dad commit suicide? its been a little over 10 years since this happened. He may be over it now. He seems to have adjusted. he doesn't have any angry outbursts or make angry remarks about mom.

in fact, they're actually on speaking terms. He gave her a ride to the store, he brings the convict's kids McDonald's every now and then, he lends her money.

Or is she still just using him for money?

Also, why should I ditch my mom?

[–]SolarTortality0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy

I would advise your father not to lend her money tbh. She is obviously using him for money, although she probably doesn’t see it that way.

That being said, if you don’t want to ditch your mom don’t ditch your mom. It would be good to assist your dad in not getting taken advantage of though. Of course, you should tell him to not get you in the middle of things.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

He's always been a "Buyer". He buys people things to keep them happy. He buys everyone in the family a christmas present.

Plus, whenever mom needs money or something, he gives it to her. She needs the car fixed, he'll spend out of his own pocket to do it. SHe can't go grocery shopping? He'll drive her out of his own pocket. He even buys the convict's kids stuff on Christmas and has even babysat them before.

Other then that, it's no contact. I don't know why he does it.

[–]SolarTortality0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Emotional outbursts are beta

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

How am I a pussy?

[–]MisterRoid1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

He might not even be his real dad. No matter what this woman is his mother and gave birth to.him, so of course he loves her and rightly so. Blood is everything.

[–]SidewaysCircle2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy

Blood means nothing

[–]MisterRoid0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

I assume you think it's fine to adopt rather than having kids of your own then? No wonder you think this guy's dad - or "dad" - is such a rolemodel. Way to be a fucking cuck. Pathetic.

[–]SidewaysCircle1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

In no way did I say it was better or fine. But obviously the parents don't really care that much about him.

[–][deleted] -4 points-3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Listen to this guy OP, he knows.

[–]santlaurentdon1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

I would not go as far as to say she is trash. Her abusive convict boyfriend is a prime example of trash. But she is not a good person for treating your father that way.

[–]Mangasbzo70 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

Your mother isn't trash. Your mother is a typical woman. She did exactly what she was biologically programmed to. What every woman is programmed to do. That is the nature of woman.

You can be angry at her but it would be like being angry at the sky for being blue or that flowers bloom in the spring.

Unfortunately our dad fell for her & society's lies. All you can do at this point is help him to see the light of the red pill.

[–]TopOccasion290 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

She's trash....Yes she's biologically programmed to do what she did but that doesn't mean she shouldn't be held accountable for her actions. She's a fucking trashy slut.

Men are biologically programmed to "Mateguard" and kill any male who attempts to take their wife...but we don't especially in this modern age.

[–]Mangasbzo72 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

  1. Killing the man who sleeps with your wife is not encoded into male nature. Hypergamy however is encoded into female nature.

  2. What you're saying is contradictory. You agree that hypergamy is female nature and thus perfectly natural, yet you say she should be punished for doing what is perfectly natural

[–]TopOccasion291 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Being Territorial is part of male nature...and marking your territory can be expressed in different ways which include violence and death. In ancient times, males mate-guarded their mates and brutally killed other males in the process.

No I'm not contradicting. Read again. I agree it's part of female nature but she stepped out of her marriage to be with a convicted pedo. For that she's a trashy slut.

[–]Hambone_Malone0 points1 point  (28 children) | Copy

Your mother is garbage. Sorry

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (27 children) | Copy

But how? I mean, she was young and stupid then. She wouldn't do that nowadays.

I hope.

[–]Hambone_Malone8 points9 points  (26 children) | Copy

Your mother left your father for some jailbird loser and you're asking how she's a garbage person? Are you fucking kidding me bro?

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (13 children) | Copy

I guess I just don't want to deal with it. Because I do love my mom. Its hard to come to terms with. I just hope I don't fall into the same trap. I mean, my whole life I watched her cuck my father.

It'll get worse once you find out WHY he was in prison for about 15 years. I am kind of anxious to say why.

[–]Hambone_Malone0 points1 point  (12 children) | Copy

Learn from it and be better.

Now you have to tell why he went to jail. I just assumed drugs.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 2 points3 points  (11 children) | Copy

Statutory rape of a 14 year old. She cheated on my dad with a man who had to register as a sex offender, couldn't be around her kids at all, couldn't drop their kids or pick them up at school, had to move because they couldn't love by a school.

I don't know why she would go through all that trouble, If I met a girl with that much baggage, there is no way I would stay.

[–]Hambone_Malone4 points5 points  (10 children) | Copy

Bruh, see my first comment again. Your mother is trash. I wouldn't even communicate with her. I would cut her out of my life completely. My parents had their struggles, almost divorced many times throughout their 30+ years together and if my mother left my dad for a loser like that I would never talk to that bitch again. I get that people grow apart and things end, but to leave someone for a piece of human garbage is unforgivable.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (9 children) | Copy

It gets worse. because he physically and verbally abused her. Not to mention, she gave him everything that she didn't give my dad.

Time alone with no kids, physical affection, sex (I assume, because she would always sneak off with him late at night and they had 2 kids together only a year apart. Both named after him!) and the biggest thing. She moved in with him. They lived together in his home.

She left me with grandma sp she could live with her convict boyfriend.

In fact its only been about 2 years since she left him. They were together for about 8 or 9 years after she cucked my dad.

Since then, she's hooked up with about 3 or 4 guys.

Is it wrong for a man to be attracted to ass and titties?

If not then why is the woman wrong for wanting an alpha

[–]Hambone_Malone4 points5 points  (7 children) | Copy

His mother left his father for a child rapist. We are talking about his mother being a piece of shit.

[–]xddm2653-1 points0 points  (4 children) | Copy

[–]MisterRoid-2 points-1 points  (1 child) | Copy

A 14 year old girl is not a child. Most girls are sexually mature by age 13 already.

[–][deleted] 12 points13 points  (0 children) | Copy

No need to be unpleasant.

[–]NotebookAnswer7 points8 points  (5 children) | Copy

she is just following her biological code, doesn't mean she is a slut. maybe the father wasn't man enough.

[–][deleted] 33 points34 points  (1 child) | Copy

maybe the father wasn't man enough.

He been played, and when you are being played it's always your fault.

[–]NotebookAnswer7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy

I agree

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

It does when her biological code is being a slut.

[–]TopOccasion290 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

But she's a slut though.

[–]SKRedPill19 points20 points  (4 children) | Copy

Classic AF/BB. But it gets worse. Your mum's a train wreck of an "alpha" widow. One reason why bad guys are attractive is simply because they exude more raw energy. This also ought to tell how that logic is no match for emotion and physicality and the accumulated memory of whatever BS you put in your formative years.

Just do watch a good classic movie, there's every chance that in pure SMV terms, the villain's probably higher than the underdog hero and he's also way more narcissistic - it's a subtle device. But never in any movie will you find a villain with less SMV than the hero. Anyone with lower SMV than these 2 are the extra betas or the butt monkey clowns. The fiction industry essentially thrives on attraction.

There's a very interesting story on quora I found some days back about a husband who makes 3 fake social media profiles to test his wife, thinking she was cheating. One a jerk, one nice guy and one a wealthy but average SMV man. To his horror he found that his wife totally ignored the nice guy right away, was crazy for the jerk's dick and considered staying around and marrying the wealthy guy but eventually she got crazy for the jerk enough to even forget the wealthy guy. The jerk basically simply kept insulting and teasing her the whole time. It backfired on him when his wife started detonating his marriage with the usual shit - he claims it was a shocking revelation to him and he divorced her down the road - only after letting her know the truth. Don't know how true that is.

[–]TopOccasion291 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Agree with your 2nd paragraph. I always noticed how the guy she has deep, primal, raw feelings for is usually more attractive than the good/moral guy. But there are quite a few movies where the hero had higher smv than the villain (example, Megamind, The incredibles etc)...but the villain is usually more narcissistic so you're right in that aspect.

A lot of mistake nice guys and good guys make is that they don't exude the raw/primal energy women crave.

[–]SKRedPill1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Morality is necessary to put a limiter on one's ego and sollipsism in theory, but what it often does is to put a limiter on the very energy you exude that's necessary for attraction. This is especially the case when people follow morality without the awareness of why it's needed in the first place.

Shouldn't be surprised. That was the intention of social sexual strategy, to keep societies and families stable and give everyone an opportunity to breed. This comes at the cost of individual interest though. So that explains everything.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

. It backfired on him when his wife started detonating his marriage with the usual shit

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the usual shit?

[–]SKRedPill2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

The usual shit that starts with the talk "This isn't working", proceeds into making your life hell just to end the marriage and ends with her taking the house and the kids.

[–]Persaeus8 points9 points  (4 children) | Copy

You and your dad and your sister should all get 23&me tested.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy

Well he was in prison when both of us were conceived.

[–]Persaeus9 points10 points  (2 children) | Copy

beta bux could definitely be you're dad; but it's just as likely that a woman that runs her life like your mom does has more than on thug in the woodpile. use some common sense.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

Oh yeah. Its possible. I mean I resemble mom's side of the family more then anyone. But my sister looks like dad.

But its possible. I mean, she never left the house. So maybe not. I have no idea.

[–]shady_nasty_mf2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

I mean, she never left the house.

thugs pay house visits lol

[–]Endorsed Contributormonsieurhire26 points7 points  (4 children) | Copy

Eh... this whole thing sounds very much like a scenario where the dad that raised you may not be your biological dad.

I mean, zero contact between them? This is well beyond beta bux. A woman will at least have sex with the beta bux, and provide some measure of domestic services, along with cohabitation. Then after a reasonable interlude has passed, she'll get bored, go Eat, Pray, Love, and run off with a Chad type.

It sounds like your mother never even went through a period of lying to herself or maintaining appearances. So this may be simply a case of "FinDom," where your mom got knocked up by another guy, and then found your dad to provide financial support. If your dad had zero experience with women prior to your mom, this would make him the perfect target.

However, finding out the truth about this could adversely impact his life, as well as yours.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy

0 intimate contact. She talked to him. They never really cuddled or anything like that. She would askfor money or to borrow his credit card. But that was really it.

I have no idea, he may mot be my dad. Ive asked how they met, she always tells me they met at a concert, I was named after the lead singer of the band they saw.

Plus, she told me, as an adult, she only slept with him on his birthday and holidays.

Dad told me she was his first. Not so much the other way around.

Mom drank the first time when she was 15. Slept with numerous men growing up. Even got pregnant before she had me, but lost it with a miscarriage.

I've largely suspected her to be a sex addict. Because after she started cheating on dadwith her convict boyfriend, she would disappear with him for hours, sometimes days at a time.

Even after she split up with him, not even a week later she was going off at night with men.

[–]Endorsed Contributormonsieurhire20 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

Yeah, it's seems very plausible that you may not be his biological child. If she did sleep with him, you could be his child, but from what you've told me with regard to possible sex addiction, if she wasn't sleeping with him on a regular basis, then she was probably getting it somewhere else.

What does your dad think? Does he ever voice any opinions on the subject of your mom?

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

possible sex addiction

I mean, i don't know for sure, she's never been officially diagnosed or anything, but still, would the things i pointed out be signed of addiction.

If she did sleep with him,

Well, she might have been sleeping with him, i could just tell there was no "spark" between them. Romantically at least. She didn't seem to hate him or be repulsed by him. They just seemed very... platonic? But i know i slept in between them up until my sister was born, and when she was born, he stayed in the guest room while she slept with the baby. And it was like that until they split.

But he was very adamant about me spending weekends with grandma and buying me a day bed or something. Never mom.

What does your dad think? Does he ever voice any opinions on the subject of your mom?

Constantly. Not so much as recently, but it seemed every weekend i got picked up, he had some sort of rude comment about her. How she screwed him over and everything.

[–]Endorsed Contributormonsieurhire20 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Well, unless you both want to get to the bottom of it, it might be best for you personally, to let sleeping dogs lie, and take it as a cautionary tale.

[–]z2a1-94 points5 points  (3 children) | Copy

I agree, learn from it and don't be that guy!

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy

How could I avoid falling into the same trap?

[–]shady_nasty_mf5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy

  • lift
  • master frame control
  • have a passion in life
  • don't put pussy on a pedestal
  • never try negotiate affection like your father did with cars, house, and a lifestyle
  • learn to be dominant, especially in the bedroom. (Read trp recommended - Sex God Method)

[–]BinaryResult3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy

Lift, stay lean, dress well, work hard to get your finances straight, ideally start your own business, chat up women, have irrational self confidence, always maintain frame, if any woman starts shit testing you excessively or trying to make demands or withholds sex then ghost her and move on, live an exciting life on your own terms without giving a fuck what anyone else thinks but yourself.

Edit: don't marry, duh.

[–]Brickles094 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

At least she told your father that she was seeing the other guy, there are women who spend their whole lives cheating in silence.

[–]shady_nasty_mf5 points6 points  (6 children) | Copy

They never showed any affection to each other. She never hugged or kissed him or anything.

This here is a life lesson for you. If a woman doesn't show affection (hugs, kissing, touching) she isn't aroused by you. Don't confuse sex or getting your dick sucked for true arousal. Many husbands now in dead bedrooms fell for this and wonder why their wives stopped putting out and hates them.

I mean, she did get pregnant with my sister when i was about 5, so they had to.

Lol no they didn't have to, she could have hooked up with any of her badboy boyfriends from the past and gotten pregnant by them. I don't mean insult but your mom probably has dozens to choose from.

Anyway, after a few years, when i was about 11, her older boyfriend came back.

Lol, just as I hinted above, any old alpha bf could have called your mom up.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 3 points4 points  (5 children) | Copy

This here is a life lesson for you. If a woman doesn't show affection (hugs, kissing, touching)

Yeah, I know that now. but back then, I just didn't put much thought into it. Not until I saw how different my aunt was with her husband. They hugged, they kissed, they lived together, went out on dates, didn't sleep with the child, cuddled in the morning and not just jumping out of bed as soon as the son popped up.

honest to God, I've NEVER heard my mom tell my dad "I love you". She tells me it all the time, she even says it to all her family, and even this sweet old lady from our church.

Don't confuse sex or getting your dick

needless to say, sending me off to grandmas for the night wasalways his idea, setting up the den as my bedroom was always his idea. But my mom never made me sleep alone.

Lol, just as I hinted above, any old alpha bf could have called your mom up.

that was the one she waited for. the onewho always called from prison. Her house was the first place he went.

How old are you and how much chicks have you been with already?

21 and 1.

[–]shady_nasty_mf0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

That's 1 too few. Aim for 6 by the end of 2019. Dodge LTRs like a bullet.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

Any women basically? They dont have tp be hot?

Also, why should ltrs be avoided?

[–]shady_nasty_mf0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Because you need experience with women. The only way to get good is to spin more than 1.

[–]aanarchist10 points11 points  (0 children) | Copy

Mine were a prime example of chicks love abuse.

Cut ur ties with youre mother asap.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (10 children) | Copy

Why? I mean, she's wrong for doing that, but I still love her.

[–]magicmetagic 1 points [recovered]  (8 children) | Copy

Its youre mission to help ur beta father become strong again, her actions have crippled u and will continue to do that as long u are around her. Cut it or stay the Beta boy ur trash mother has raised u as.

How can you love someone that put u through the shit she has?

[–]moltenw5 points6 points  (7 children) | Copy

Its youre mission to help ur beta father become strong again

...says who?

You are not "in debt" to anyone. If someone does things for you, and if they expect something back - that's their own fault.

If he wants to do it, then he'll do it. If he doesn't and internet strangers tell him that he needs to do it, that's retarded.

I would never expect my children to do x and y when I'd be older as a "pay back for me taking care of them". I find it absolutely disgusting, and it makes me look like I wasn't capable of ensuring a good future for myself without the need of relying on other's kindness.

Never have expectations, and don't put your intentions that benefit only you on a different person and get mad at them when those intentions don't get fullfilled. It is very egoistical.

I assume that u read the part were the jailconvict was a pedophile and thats why he went to jail..if not read it and then read my comments again and then take a nice cup of tea of stfu

[–]moltenw0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

...what exactly does it have to do with my comment? What does him being a "pedophile" make a difference for the part that I quoted?

Also, 16 is a perfectly normal age to have consensual sex with someone. Where I live, 16 is the age of consent, and it's awesome. Age of consent being 18 and higher is the result of feminization. It was completely normal outside of the last couple of centuries to wedd even 13-14 year olds, if not even younger.

[–]magicmetagic 1 points [recovered]  (1 child) | Copy

First, he raped a 14yrs girl as an grown man. Second he tried to do it again. Third OPs mother choose to be with him and for so exposing a pedophile for her kids.

Bro get real here

First, he raped a 14yrs girl as an grown man. Second he tried to do it again.

And where exactly is this mentioned in the post?

Edit : Found it in the comments. Fair enough, still doesn't change my original comment and the part that I quoted.

[–]SidewaysCircle0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy

He needs to live with his dad because his mom is a toxic piece of shit. It's an unhealthy environment to be around. As parents live through their children, once this kid starts working and starts becoming a man his father will follow.

I'd wager if he stays with his mom he will eventually cut ties with his father because his mother will raise him like that. She's manipulative. Then his father will have nothing to live for. Then his whole life would have been for nothing. Then one day it's bye bye

[–]moltenw0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy

That's good and all, but what exactly does this have to do with my comment?

[–]SidewaysCircle0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don't know I am ranting

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy

If you want my honest opinion, both your parents are idiots and you are better off prioritizing your needs: they have already ruined your childhood enough.

I don't agree with the other posters when they say that you should be a good son to your father. When he chose your mother he was clearly thinking with his dick and he probably never gave a second thought to how that could impact you. Why bother with people like that?

If he wasn't a good father to you why should you be a good son?

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy

Thats sad

[–]hammerfan12[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Yeah, it is. Especially since dad has never had a girlfriend or anyone since that. While mom has had had multiple dates and one night stands since her and dad split.

[–]peaceful_strong_man2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Saved to remind me that AWALT and AFBB

[–]Abnull2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

A lot of guys on here are saying. “Be a good son to your father.” Or “Be loyal to your father.”. They offer zero other advice.

Come on. Instead, tell your father to get his shit together. Be tough on him and give him an example to follow. Or not, he is his own man and has made his own decision, he isn’t your responsibility.

[–]civilizedfrog2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

Buy 23&Me for you, your sister and your dad. Also if your mom wants you to get married, remind about her and your dad.

[–]Zanford2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy

Yes that is textbook AF/BB, and sorry about your shitty mother.

Ever considered comparing your DNA or your sister'ss to your 'dad's? Or even just testing yourself to your sister (possible but unlikely that a woman like your mom cucked your dad with the SAME guy twice). You've seen the ex con AF in person; whom do you resemble more?

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I don't resemble either of them. I resemble my mom and her dad. Personality and physically. My sister resembles dad though.

[–]UndecidedCommentator2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy

This is fucking disgusting. A person who cheats shouldn't get to have custody of the kids.

[–]Ravenscar71 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

My mother has outright admitted to me she's only going to stay with my step Dad until my younger sister is old enough to move out. I also heard her fooling around with my friend's dad a couple of years ago in the kitchen.

But last I heard from my sister was that my mum and step dad have become intimate again since she accidentally discovered them dirty texting. They go out on dates very often now where's previously they did fuck all together.

So fuck knows what's happening there.

[–]Pooddit1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy

She knows how betas work and have no qualms in using them. Chances are you have been conditioned to be a beta by her.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

I hope im not

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

How could I tell if I am?

[–]joner8881 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Prime example. Sad story , similair ones that has been more and more prevalent in the 20 or so recent years

[–]organicfluxx1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

If you don't you your mother out of your life, you are a traitor to your father.

[–]TopOccasion290 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

I wouldn't call him a traitor if he decides to keep his mother in his life...but he should definitely show loyalty to his father though

[–]SmoggyFineDrum1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy

No. This alpha beta nonsense in not something to trust in. It all depends on the people. Perhaps your mother didn’t love your father, perhaps she once did but fell out of love. It sounds to me that she loved the other man the whole time. But you can’t judge them on that. You didn’t live their life or make their decisions. You have your own life.

If I were you I’d support both my parents. Your mother might have some kind of issue you don’t know about, drawing her to these men. Your father might really have loved your mother and be heartbroken. Hell, they might be depressed.

But all in all, this “alpha fucks and beta bucks” thing is a garbage mentality that makes you see the worst in people. Women aren’t all after money or sex. Thinking they are will cause you issues. Men generally are not used in this way.

As a woman myself, I can tell you I don’t go for the ‘chads’ in life. I look for someone that makes me happy, someone who makes me laugh. I’ve seen your other posts and I have to say that women can usually tell when someone has this mentality and it’s a huge turn off.

[–]hammerfan12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Well, keep in mind, they weren't together terribly long before i was born. Their first night together in fact, she got pregannt with me. But the thing is, my whole life, i never saw him and her show any sort of affection at all.

He probably loved her, but she just didn't feel the same, i don't think.

Growing up, i always felt my parent's relationship was odd. Especially when compared how my (relatively normal) Aunt and Uncle's relationship was.

[–]IceColdHell0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

My parent's case is quite strange:

Father had women hoping on his laps one after the other as of his mid 20s, even though he wanted to become a catholic priest. He was 35 when he met my mother, aged 32 at the time, at work, they were working together and never got along... Then out of the blue she wanted to be his wife. Father then found letters written in blood from his previous plates, black magic to curse his marriage, he found them on his wedding day, and wanted to break things off with my mother, however his family talked him out of it. He's a sweet talker and is very flirty with all the women he meets, however my mum is always the one to initiate the escalation, and 7 times out of 10 she ends up getting pushed away.

Mother was a traveler, and dated many European men, during her time in university in France. She has had a lot of orbiters, some of which still chase her to up to this day (I saw one trying to ask her out for coffee, and she turned him down).

My siblings and I sat with her on breakfast one morning, while father was still asleep, and for some reason the conversation shifted to her bed life, where she claimed my father and her only have sex once a year. Then sometime later she said the last time was when they were trying for my younger brother.

Is your dad ugly?

[–]hammerfan12[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy

Um, I don't really know, I mean he's no adonis, but neither is mom's convict bf. both of them look bad.

Message me and I'll send a pic, let you pick.
