I've once read and learned a valuable tool when it comes to dealing with women like that. You use the exact same tactics against them. If she's being sarcastic you respond in kind or even better, you don't even acknowledge it. The thing that women hate the most from men is the lack of a reaction; giving them the notion that "your comment is irrelevant and so are you" is the worst thing you can do to them. They thrive in knowing that they've gotten a reaction from you, that they got rile, that they occupy free real estate in your head. Turn that against them and they'll become clueless on what to do next and will then resort to verbal and physical violence that you should document and record at every turn.
