Masculine men are confident, assertive, go getters. They get shit done, have strong convictions, and either lead or follow a strong leader.

There's no secret society but there is definitely an imperative to avoid having a populace that displays those qualities as it would be harder to manage. It's easier to manage a herd of sheep then a single lion.

This has been progressing forward since feminism. Feminism has taught women that they can do everything and more than men. It created a fictional narrative that men are oppressing women from success. It has bred women that are trying to aspire for masculine virtues while forgoing the stoicism and sacrifice that's is required. Since women can't ignore their own innate femininity and have a social pressure to aspire to be masculine. They are fucked as well.

These feminist ideals breed women who create weaker men. These men teach other men and push women to embrace these ideals. This cycle continues onward and is marked as being 'woke', 'SJW', an 'ally', and 'feminist men'.

It's why you have a man that is "happy" to have his "genderfluid partner" take multiple lovers. Ignoring his own impulses and being pressured to feel shame about his "toxic masculinity".

She's not happy. He's not happy. Society patches it up with drugs and conditioning. Government and corporations are OK with that since unhappy people spend and don't question.

I just wrote something about this today. I think Humiliation with a capital H is the defining state of the West right now. We're watching just about every government and leader in Europe sell their nations out to the globalists, working diligently to wash away their cultural and national identity under a flood of migrants from cultures inimical to Western liberalism. Here in the states we similarly are attempting to erode national identity. Once we held a belief in American exceptionalism and self-determination, now we are somehow the world's shittiest lifeboat, a country crippled by racial hatred, but also dead set on erasing it's past national identity under European-style socialism and authoritarianism, no more a man can be assured he is free.

The West was built by white men, by the large. The white man, in the west now, is now a devil, an oppressor, a vestige of times past best erased. We are seeing actual government mandates that corporations in California must have black or queer leadership, no exception. Anti-white speech is encouraged, and white men are specifically disadvantaged by policy in academia and the workplace. Equity, it's called. The new anti-racism. Don't worry my black brothers, you are also similarly emasculated, you cannot talk about Blackness as a political or cultural idea without the queers and the trans-es piggybacking on you. Society would prefer, if you're not going to be poor, thuggish and totally ignored, that you be sissified, a victim of those nasty white men who have kept you from the life you deserve. You may hold masculinity in high regard, but the people who like you as a victim would prefer you hold your tongue.

Women expect you to be a feminist, to toe the line on progressivism, to welcome the idea someday your son might take it in his head to lop off his genitals. I won't waste too much time on it, we here know too well of how masculinity is mocked and the simp encouraged. We also know the private things that make them tingle are often not what they demand of their partner when their peer group is looking.

This last year, obviously, has been another lesson in emasculation. So while men are of course emasculated, the women do share our plight in many ways in that the media, the elites, governments and corporations are all working in concert to destroy anything that might unify or embolden us. It is the nature of women to trend towards collaborative ideals and collective thought, but proponents of traditional masculinity failed to see that malicious nerds were seizing the levers of power and reframing the narrative of western culture to suit their ends.

Unless this postmodern, 4th-wave feminist critical race theory Marxist identity movement is beaten or replaced by a movement that values essentialism, masculinity and femininity and that can actually convince people to not chase ruin for the good of what essentially boils down to corporate interests men will continue to have a crisis of masculinity.

I don't believe there is an agenda per se, although it seems like feminism has won the day in terms of the public narrative which has made being masculine more of a challenge than ever before in Western history. Feminism is an angry reaction to the oppression suffered by women over the course of centuries, more than it is a premeditated attempt to degrade and punish men just for being male. There is definitely a parallel between the black community in the US and women in this regard. They were both treated badly and now, through winning the public narrative, are exacting their revenge.
