Hello everyone, so I have insomnia (more accurately it's pseudo-insomnia) and on almost every alternate night, I have little to no sleep (but instead get a 'false' sleep which although may not be nearly as effective as actual sleep, is I think still better than nothing). I do take a 50-60 minutes nap (actual sleep) in the evening, at about 3-4 pm and head out for the gym at about 6 pm, where I workout for about 20 minutes and then head out for running for about 10 minutes.

My question for TRP here is, is it safe to lift weights after sleepless nights? Also what about the running I do after gym? Specifically, I want to know if I'm safe from muscle tear &/or muscle injuries that I've heard are more prone to happen after sleepless nights.
